供应链是近40年来生产、消费及流通领域最为重要的转向之一，但国内外对航运服务供应链的研究较为有限。以供应链地理为研究视角，以1982-2018年的劳合社船期表和航运服务业企业总部-分支机构为主干资料，把航运服务业分为核心的航运主业、上游的航运辅助业和下游的航运衍生服务业，分别从地理过程、动力机制和空间效应3个方面来研究全球航运服务业的空间组织。关注不同类型的航运服务业是如何在不同地理环境下采取具体的供应链策略进行组网的地理-社会过程；利用新兴的指数随机图模型（ERGM）和个案分析方法，深入考察物流绩效、营商环境等市场因素和法律、地方制度等非市场力量在空间和时间上如何影响供应链的空间组织；最后在全球和区域层面测度航运服务业增长的空间关联关系和空间溢出效应，在城市层面探究航运服务业与港口城市等级体系的耦合关系。本项目不仅有助于深化供应链地理学、交通地理学的研究，也能为建设海上丝绸之路提供参考。

Supply chain is one of the most important changes in production, consumption and circulation in the past 40 years. But the research on shipping service supply chain is very limited at home and abroad. From the perspective of supply chain geography, this project divides the shipping service industry into three parts: the core shipping industry, the upstream shipping auxiliary industry and the downstream shipping derivative service industry. Based on the data of Lloyd's Shipping Schedule and the headquarters-branches of shipping service enterprises from 1982 to 2018. It studies the space of global shipping service industry from three aspects: geographical process, dynamic mechanism and spatial effect. Focus on how different types of shipping services adopt specific geo-social processes of supply chain strategy in different geographic environments; Using the emerging exponential random graph models (ERGM) and case analysis method, study how the logistics performance, business environment and other market factors, and non-market forces such as laws, local institutions affect the space of supply chain in space and time. Finally, we measure the spatial correlation and spillover effect of shipping service industry growth at the global and regional levels, and explore the coupling relationship between shipping service industry and port city hierarchy at the urban level. This project not only helps to deepen the research of supply chain geography and transport geography, but also provides a reference for the construction of the Maritime Silk Road.
