公众在使用手机和WiFi通信技术的同时,也暴露于一个叠加的复合射频电磁场中。手机和基站辐射的生物学效应研究较多,但其和WiFi辐射叠加长期暴露产生的生物学效应鲜有研究。通常在生物结构未检测到改变之前,动物已经表现为子代行为发育异常或行为功能障碍。大鼠出生前(孕期)暴露于手机与WiFi低强度射频电磁辐射,通过对孕鼠生殖过程、F1代大鼠早期生理和神经行为发育的观测,及操作行为功能、空间学习记忆和感觉门控P50的测试,探讨本实验条件下射频电磁场对仔鼠早期中枢神经系统可能存在的生物学效应或健康危害,为射频电磁场暴露的风险评估和标准更新提供新依据。
英文摘要
With the development of mobile Internet, wireless access networks has been widely covered in the public environment. However, the public are generally exposed to combined frequency electromagnetic fields even with a more convenient and efficient communication. European scholars reported that mobile phone signal and WiFi signal are the main reasons for microenvironment electromagnetic radiation. Besides, the radiofrequency radiation from WiFi and mobile phone will not only cause insomnia or interrupted sleep but also the change of brain waves. At 2005 the World Health Organization International Workshop on Exposures and Health Consequences of Base Stations and Wireless Networks, more attention was drawn to the health problems led by the radiation superposition of mobile wireless network and other radio frequency devices at home and office.With the advancement of International Electromagnetic Project run by the World Health Organization the mobile phone radiation has been regarded by its subordinate International Agency for Research on Cancers as the potential cancer causing factor. In fact, the research at present on health effects produced by the superposition of electromagnetic radiation of mobile phone and WiFi still remains to be studied further. Our program generally focuses on what the pregnant rats exposed to mobile phones with WiFi magnetic radiation will consequently react. Based on the examination of their behavioral function and the sensory gating P50, research has been conducted on the damaged brain cognitive function and its mechanism of action because of the superposition of low intensity electromagnetic radiation effects. Through evaluation of the health effects produced by two kinds of superposition of the electromagnetic radiation, new scientific basis has been found and established for risk assessment and standards setting of radio frequency electromagnetic radiation. 当公众在使用手机和WiFi时,也暴露于一个叠加的复合射频电磁场中。手机和基站辐射的生物学效应研究较多,但其和WiFi辐射叠加长期暴露产生的生物学效应鲜有研究。通常在生物结构未检测到改变之前,动物已经表现为子代行为发育异常或行为功能障碍。大鼠出生前(孕期)暴露于手机与WiFi低强度射频电磁辐射,通过对孕鼠生殖过程、F1代大鼠早期生理和神经行为发育的观测,及操作行为功能、空间学习记忆和电生理指标(脑电图)的测试,探讨本实验条件下射频电磁场对仔鼠早期中枢神经系统可能存在的生物学效应或健康危害,为射频电磁场暴露的风险评估和标准更新提供新依据。.所有实验分三批次完成,主要实验内容包括:生殖毒性指标、早期生理发育指标、学习记忆和操作行为能力(Morr’s水迷宫、Y迷宫、旷场实验、Skinner Box)、海马组织中氨基酸类神经递质测定、海马组织中NMDARs的mRNA及蛋白质测定、脑电图等。结果发现:1.1800MHz和1800MHz+WiFi叠加暴露,对F1代仔鼠的体重和尾长的增长有影响,此外暴露强度增加,使F1代仔鼠睁眼时间延长。2.1800MHz电磁波和1800MHz与WiFi叠加射频场暴露使三周龄仔鼠海马组织氨基酸类神经递质Asp表达上调;后者可使七周龄仔鼠Glu表达下调。3.1800MHz+WiFi暴露组的NR2A、NR2B的mRNA相对表达量下调;NR2D、NR3A、NR3B的mRNA相对表达量上调。WiFi暴露组的NR2A、NR2B的mRNA相对表达量下调;NR1、NR2C、NR2D、NR3A、NR3B的mRNA相对表达量上调。4.海马组织中NMDAR2A、NMDAR2B蛋白表达量结果:1800MHz暴露组海马的NMDAR2A蛋白质表达上调(p<0.05);WiFi暴露组海马的NMDAR2B蛋白质表达下调(p<0.05)。.该实验条件下,电磁辐射的孕期暴露对其子鼠的行为功能,学习和记忆,脑电图存在一定影响。
