在中国当前的经济实践中，互联网平台企业凭借既有垄断势力，频频向两边市场植入策略性行为，损害消费者福利，学术界对此研究关注仍然不够。本项目将依托双边市场经典理论，结合互联网平台企业所处市场结构特征分析，尝试构建讨论互联网平台企业策略性行为的一般性理论框架，分析其策略性行为的实施动因、实施效果及对其的规制措施和路径。基于对互联网平台企业核心特质的理论解析，构造平台企业核心特质与其策略性行为的耦合关系模型，考察平台企业策略性行为的消费者福利效应，探讨其行为损害消费者福利的作用机制及临界条件；并进一步讨论互联网平台企业多策略性行为的机理及互动机制。本项目还将借助多种数据收集策略，对研究结论进行大样本及典型案例的实证检验；进而结合产业发展实践，尝试构筑符合中国国情的互联网平台企业规制政策体系，为我国反垄断规制机构提供立法依据和执法建议；间接上也为互联网平台企业合法、合规运营提供管理措施参照。

In China's current economic practice, online-platform companies rely on existing monopoly powers, embodying strategic behaviors on two-sides of the market frequently, damaging consumers’ welfare. The academic community is still far from enough to pay attention on this research field. Combined with the analysis of the market structure characteristics of online-platform enterprises, the project will attempt to construct a general theoretical framework for discussing the online-platform enterprises’ strategic behavior basing on the classic theory of two-sided market, and analyze the implementation motivation, effect and regulatory measures, as well as regulatory paths. Based on the theoretical analysis of the core characteristics of the online-platform enterprises, the coupling relationship model between the essential characteristics of the platform enterprise and its strategic behaviors is constructed. Furhterly, we investigate the consumer welfare effects of the platform enterprise strategic behaviors, and the mechanism, as well as the critical conditions of the strategic behaviors damage to the consumer welfare will be discussed. And further we will discuss the mechanism and interaction mechanism of multi-strategic behaviors of online-platform enterprises. The project will also use a variety of data collection strategies to conduct empirical tests on large-scale and typical cases of research conclusions; and then, in combination with industrial development issue, try to build an online-platform enterprises regulatory policy system in line with China's domestic conditions, and provide legislative basis and law enforcement suggestions for China's anti-monopoly regulatory agencies. Indirectly we also try to provide management measures for legal and compliance operations of online-platform enterprises.
