随着我国经济进入高质量发展阶段,制造业提质增效的重要性愈发凸显,建立并推广制造业绿色增长模式不仅是国家建设“制造强国”的战略需要,也是行业突破资源环境约束实现跨越发展的必然趋势,更是企业成功转型升级的源动力。因此,立足于高质量发展阶段的基本特征与具体要求,构建有效的制造业绿色增长动力机制,选择科学可行的实现路径成为学术界和管理实践领域急需解决的问题。本研究拟从系统解析高质量发展阶段制造业绿色增长的概念和内涵出发,明晰高质量发展阶段制造业绿色增长核心主体及关键动因,构建多主体协同的制造业绿色增长动力机制,揭示以高质量发展为目标导向的制造业绿色增长实现路径的动态演化特征与规律,并提出相应的保障动力机制和实现路径有效实施的对策建议。本研究提出的动力机制及实现路径不仅可补充完善高质量发展与绿色增长的理论,也为我国制造业的可持续发展提供理论借鉴和实践指导。
英文摘要
As China’s economy enters the high-quality development stage, the importance of improving the quality and efficiency of manufacturing industry has become increasingly prominent. Establishing and promoting the green growth model of manufacturing is not only the strategic need for building a strong manufacturing country, but also the inevitable trend for achieving industrial leapfrog development to break through the constraints of resources and environment, and the source power for enterprises’ successful transformation and upgrading. Therefore, based on the basic characteristics and specific requirements of the high-quality development stage, constructing an effective dynamic mechanism of manufacturing green growth and choosing a scientific and feasible implementation path have become an urgent problem solved in academia and management practice. This study starts from the systematic analysis of concepts and connotations of manufacturing green growth in the high-quality development stage, and clarifies the core participants of that and their key motivations. The dynamic mechanism of manufacturing green growth based on multi-agent synergy is set up, the dynamic evolution characteristics and laws of implementation paths with high-quality development as the goal are uncovered, and countermeasures are put forward to ensure mechanism and path running smoothly. The dynamic mechanism and implementation paths proposed in this study can not only complement and improve the theories of high-quality development and green growth, but also provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the sustainable development of China’s manufacturing industry.
