近年来,城市更新的大规模开展不断引发安置群体邻里关系断裂、经济来源失稳、生活方式转化等多方面链式反应,造成一系列社会问题。当前研究多侧重安置社群单维度显性效用的静态测度,缺少对多维度隐性福利的演化探究。本课题旨在描述安置社群多维福利演化特征、探究安置社群与外部环境的交互关系及其作用机理。以个体福利谱系为视角,以可行能力方法为基础,构建整合模糊与相对福利测度模型,测度安置社群在选定时空点的多维福利,选用探索性空间数据分析方法探究其时空演化规律;构建多层次回归模型和模糊解释结构模型,揭示多维福利演化的诱导-驱动作用机制;构建多维福利耦合协调度模型,设计分阶段-多层次的多维福利优化治理路径。课题可完善个体福利谱系视角在城市更新社会影响研究中的作用,丰富安置社群与外部环境的交互关系在福利演化作用机制中的本质内涵,并对于解决安置社群生活变迁、社会融合等现实问题具有实践意义。

In recent years, the large-scale development of urban renewal has continuously triggered a series of chain reactions in resettlement residents such as rupture of neighborhood relations, economic source instability, and lifestyle transformation, causing a series of social issues. The current research focuses on the measurement of the single-dimension utility of the former residents, more research needs to be done on the exploration of the evolution of multi-dimension welfare. The aim of this paper is to describe the evolution characteristics of former residents’ welfare, explore the interaction mechanism between former residents and their external environment. In response to these needs, Integrated Fuzzy and Relative Welfare Measurement Model is employed to measure the multi-dimensional welfare of former residents at critical time and location nodes based on the Individual Welfare Pedigree and Capability Approach. These welfare measurement results are used to explore the spatial-temporal evolution of former residents under the interaction of social and economic structure via Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis; the Multi-level Regression Model and Fuzzy Interpretative Structural Modeling are established to reveal the induction-driven mechanism that affects the multi-dimensional welfare evolution of former residents; Welfare Coupling Coordination Degree Model is adopted to design a multi-level welfare optimization governance path for former residents. This paper can improve the role of Individual Welfare Pedigree Perspective in the research of urban renewal social impact, enrich the essential connotation of the interaction relationship between former residents and their external environment in the welfare evolution mechanism, and is particularly useful for solving the practical problems of former residents’ life change and social integration.
