窄带发射蓝色荧光粉的研究是照明和显示领域中的一个重要挑战。利用自还原现象制备Eu2+激活的蓝色荧光粉具有操作简单、设备要求低、成本低等优点。但目前自还原发生的具体机理与影响因素还不是十分明确,限制了这一方法的发展。本项目拟采用高温硼酸熔融法,借助自还原现象,在非还原气氛中,制备一系列Eu2+激活的碱土金属硼酸盐窄带蓝色荧光粉,并对其进行结构表征与荧光性能测试。在此基础上,借助微量热仪,原位监测上述硼酸盐生长时Eu3+自还原成Eu2+的过程,通过计算获得热动力学数据。辅以Rietveld结构精修与DFT能带理论计算,关联组成-微结构-热动力学参数-自还原-荧光性能之间的关系,从而以热动力学的角度深入探索自还原机理与规律。进一步建立科学评价体系,筛选出几种自还原能力强的窄带蓝色荧光粉。这项工作将为窄带蓝色荧光粉的研发提供一种新的思路与方法。
英文摘要
The research of blue phosphors with narrow-band emission is a big challenge in the field of lighting and display. The use of self-reduction to prepare Eu2+ activated blue phosphors has the advantages of simple operation, low equipment requirements, and low cost. However, the specific mechanism and influencing factors of self-reduction currently are not very clear, which limits the development of this method. This project intends to use the high-temperature boric acid melting method to prepare a series of Eu2+ activated alkaline earth metal borate narrow-band blue phosphors in a non-reducing atmosphere by means of self-reduction methods, and to characterize their structure and fluorescent properties. On this basis, the process of Eu3+ self-reduction to Eu2+ during borate growth will be monitored in situ with the help of a microcalorimeter. Then thermodynamic data can be obtained by calculation. Supplemented by Rietveld structure refinement and DFT band theory calculations, the study aim to correlate the relationship of composition-microstructure-thermodynamic data-self reduction-fluorescence properties, and explore the self-reduction mechanism and regular from the perspective of thermodynamics. Furthermore, we will establish a scientific evaluation system to screen out several narrow-band blue phosphors with strong self-reducing ability. This study will provide a new idea and method for the development of narrow-band blue phosphors.
