安全文化在事故预防中具有不可替代的重要作用。申请人所在项目组此前对安全文化的研究不够深入，亟待进一步研究。本项目在申请人所在项目组研究基础上进行改进研究，进一步确认、完善安全文化概念、组成元素，研究安全文化概念和元素的一致性、全面性，在此基础上从重新设计安全文化定量测量问卷、标准化定量测量流程、改进定量测量在线平台的结果分析算法、开发基于WEB的在线测量系统、增加功能模块和用户自主选择功能五个方面改进安全文化定量测量系统，并利用改进后的定量测量系统进行安全文化定量测量，分析测量结果，主要分析改进后的定量测量系统是否可行、完善，改进后概念和元素的被认可性，确认元素结构和具体含义，与以往的测量结果进行对比研究。通过上述研究，丰富安全文化理论和框架，帮助企业管理者真正明白安全文化，摸清企业安全文化水平和建设现状，为企业安全文化建设指明具体的建设内容和方向，从而更好的开展安全文化建设活动。

Based on the improvement of the safety culture concept and composition elements, improve the safety culture quantitative measurement system. Specific improvements include the following five areas: redesign the safety culture quantitative measures questionnaire, standardize quantitative measurement process, improve the quantitative measurement online platform analysis algorithm, develop the online measurement system based on WEB analysis algorithm, increase the function module and user self selection function. Make quantitative measurements with improved safety culture quantitative measurement systems, and analyze measurement results. Mainly analyze whether the improved quantitative analysis measuring system is feasible, whether the improved safety culture concepts and elements are recognized, confirm the elements structure and specific meanings, compare with the previous measurements. Through the aboving research, rich safety cultural theory and framework, help enterprise managers truly understand the safety culture, find out the current situation and the level of enterprise safety culture construction, indicate the specific contents and the direction of safety culture construction so as to better carry out the activities of safety culture construction.
