乡村绅士化是城乡要素双向流动背景下乡村转型与振兴的新型路径，我国乡村绅士化即将进入快速发展时期，但乡村绅士化研究尚处起步阶段，且研究主要关注东部发达地区城郊型的乡村绅士化现象，对西部欠发达地区边远型的乡村绅士化现象重视不足。本项目以人地关系地域系统理论为指导，遵循“概念界定—机制揭示—效应评估—路径调控”的分析框架，将乡村绅士化嵌入我国制度经济文化背景与西部区域环境，选取广西域内的巴马瑶族自治县甲篆镇和东兴市江平镇为案例地，通过社会经济统计、实地调查与遥感技术获取主要数据源，集成运用扎根理论、行动者网络理论、多元回归分析、参与式农村评估与探索性空间分析等方法，梳理绅士化概念谱系，重新界定乡村绅士化概念，系统分析乡村绅士化的主要驱动要素及其作用机制，动态测度与综合分析乡村绅士化的影响效应，提出乡村绅士化发展的调控路径，丰富中国特色的乡村绅士化理论研究，助推西部欠发达地区乡村转型发展与振兴。

Rural gentrification is a new path of rural transformation and revitalization under the background of two-way flow of urban and rural elements. China's rural gentrification is about to enter a period of rapid development, However, the research on rural gentrification is still in its infancy, and Chinese scholars mainly focuse on the suburban rural gentrification in the developed regions of eastern China, and pay less attention to the remote rural gentrification in the underdeveloped regions of western China.Guided by the theory of regional system of human-land relationship, this project follows the analytical framework of "concept definition—mechanism revelation—effect assessment—path regulation", embeds rural gentrification into China's institutional economic and cultural background as well as regional environment of Western China, selects Jiazhuan Town of Bama Yao Autonomous County and Jiangping Town of Dongxing County-level City in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as cases, obtains major data sources through socio-economic statistics, field surveys and remote sensing technology, then integrates use multiple methods of grounded theory, actor-network theory, multiple regression analysis, participatory rural appraisal and GIS assisted spatial analysis (ESDA) technology,On the basis of systematizing the concept pedigree of gentrification and redefining the concept of rural gentrification , this study systematically analyzes the main driving factors and its mechanism of rural gentrification, dynamically measures and comprehensively analyzes the influence effect of rural gentrification, as well as puts forward the regulation path for the development of rural gentrification.Through the above research work, this project aims to enrich the theoretical research on rural gentrification with Chinese characteristics, and promote the rural transformation and revitalization in underdeveloped regions of Western China.
