甘露聚糖结合凝集素(MBL)是天然免疫系统中参与补体系统活化的重要组成部分,当急性期反应时分泌入血清中,启动即时天然免疫生物学作用。最新研究发现其亦可以引起调节性T细胞的转化发挥适应性免疫效应,从而影响细胞活性。免疫反应机制失衡可能与黑色素细胞数量和功能障碍有关,但调控其免疫机制途径的上游因子尚不清楚。我们前期研究提示在黑色素细胞脱失导致的白癜风中存在MBL和补体C3、C4的水平变化,同时发现与T细胞免疫相关的差异蛋白。因此我们提出如下假说:MBL可能在白癜风的黑色素细胞脱失的不同时期通过激活MBL补体途径活化产物和调节Treg细胞的功能发挥一定的作用,旨在发现白癜风的免疫调节失衡的新视角,为后续白癜风的临床严重程度预判和免疫治疗提供潜在的靶标。
英文摘要
Mannan binding lectin (MBL) is an important part of the natural immune system, which is involved in the activation of complement system. When it is secreted into the serum in the acute phase, it starts the immediate natural immune effect. The latest research found that it can also cause the transformation of regulatory T cells to play an adaptive immune effect. The imbalance of immune response mechanism may be related to the number and dysfunction of melanocytes, but the upstream factors regulating its immune mechanism are not clear. Our previous studies suggested that there were changes in MBL, C3 and C4 levels in vitiligo caused by the loss of melanocytes, and differential proteins related to T cell immunity were found. Therefore, we propose the following hypothesis: MBL may play a role in activating complement pathway by activation products and regulating Treg cell function in different stages of depigment, in order to find a new perspective of immune regulation imbalance of vitiligo, and provide potential targets for clinical severity prediction and immunotherapy of subsequent vitiligo.
