提升企业核心科技自主创新能力，推动经济高质量发展是目前我国经济工作的重要内容。在此背景下，上市公司异质创新策略在“研发投入-创新产出”的创新链条中扮演承前启后的重要角色，但是相关研究仍相对较少。本项目拟结合我国实施创新驱动发展战略的现实背景，聚焦于上市公司创新策略的异质性，开展以下研究：.（1）基于专利文本大数据区分异质性的创新策略，探讨市场创新策略和技术创新策略之间的协同关系。（2）考察公司内部薪酬激励、专利质押贷款、高新技术企业税收减免优惠等因素如何影响上市公司的创新策略。（3）研究异质性创新策略的经济效果，包括如何影响企业未来的创新质量、新产品研发、业绩表现和股票收益等。.本项目通过区分上市公司异质创新策略，不仅可以丰富企业创新、管理层激励、融资约束等相关理论，而且对企业如何提高创新能力有指导价值，同时能够为我国各级政府以创新驱动高质量发展、构建新型科技成果评价机制提供有益的思路。

Raising firm’s capacity for independent core technological innovation, and promoting high-quality development is the current challenge of China economic. Against of the backdrop of this challenge, the heterogeneous corporate innovation strategies play an important role in the process of “R&D investment – innovation outcome”, linking the input- and output side together. However, we see few research dedicated to this topic. This project is based on the reality of innovation-driven development strategy, focusing on the public company’s heterogeneous innovation strategies. This project includes:.(1) Distinguishing the heterogeneous innovation strategies based on textual analysis of high dimensional data from patent documents, and explore the interactive relationship between market-based and technology-based innovation strategies. (2) Investigating effects of the intra-company compensation incentives, patent collateral loans and favorable tax policy for high-tech firms on public firms’ innovation strategies, and (3) Studying the economic consequence of heterogeneous innovation strategies such as their effects on innovation quality, new product development, accounting performance and stock returns. .By distinguishing the heterogeneous innovation strategies of public firms, this project not only extends the relevant theory of corporate innovation, managerial incentives and financial constraints, but also sheds light on how to promote corporate innovation capacity. In addition, the local government would benefit from our project since we provide a useful guide for innovation-driven development of high quality as well as the new assessment mechanisms for advances in science and technology.
