绳索取心液动冲击回转孕镶金刚石钻进技术近年来已在深部岩心钻探实践中得到广泛应用,其中孕镶金刚石钻头的磨损行为直接关系到实时钻进效率和最终施工成本。现有相关研究更多是冲击回转条件下的钻进工艺优化、孕镶金刚石钻头设计与应用等,而关于钻头磨损的研究则以常规回转条件为主。基于此,本项目拟在室内试验的基础上,通过理论分析和显微观测获得不同胎体磨损类型和金刚石出露状态的形成机理及其典型图像特征,并开发相应的图像分析软件对钻头胎体磨损类型和金刚石出露状态进行定量评价,进而建立两者之间的相互关系;基于胎体磨损和金刚石出露机理,建立岩石/岩屑在外载作用下对胎体和金刚石的理论作用模型,开展冲击参数、钻进规程、胎体性能和金刚石参数对胎体磨损类型、金刚石出露状态和钻进效果影响的数值模拟研究,并通过室内试验进行验证和完善。项目成果可对金刚石钻头磨损表面和钻进效果进行定量评价与预估,为生产实践和钻具研发提供理论依据。

In recent years, hydraulic percussive-rotary wire line impregnated diamond core drilling technology has been widely applied in deep core drilling, where the wear behavior of impregnated diamond bits (IDBs) directly relates to the real-time drilling efficiency and the final cost of project. The present relevant studies concern mostly on the optimization of drilling parameters, design and application of IDBs, etc., whereas studies on bit wear are mainly under conventional rotary drilling condition. Therefore, this project will conduct a series of laboratory experiments; reveal the mechanism and features of matrix wear and diamond protrusion of various IDB working layers; develop image analysis software to quantitatively evaluate matrix wear type and diamond protrusion condition, which will be followed by the establishment of their mathematical relation; based on the mechanism of matrix wear and diamond protrusion, establish model reflecting the effect of rock/debris on matrix and diamond under external loads; carry out numerical simulation to study the influence of percussion parameters, drilling regime, matrix properties and diamond parameters on matrix wear type, diamond protrusion condition and drilling performances, which will be validated and revised by experiments. The outcomes of this project can realize the quantitative evaluation and prediction of IDB surface wear condition and drilling performance, providing theoretical foundations for engineering practice and tool development.
