目前我国正大力发展装配式建筑,而现有楼板结构体系的不足在一定程度上制约了钢-混凝土组合结构建筑工业化的发展。本项目针对新研发的叠合楼板体系,拟采用试验研究、数值模拟和理论分析的方法,对新型叠合楼板组合梁-钢管混凝土柱框架结构的抗震性能进行系统的研究。探讨新型叠合楼板平面内刚度特征,建立其平面内刚性性能的评估方法和刚度计算方法;研究新型叠合板与钢梁的协同工作机理及其相关影响参数,分析新型叠合楼板对组合梁、梁-柱节点的承载力和刚度的影响规律,建立新型叠合板组合梁的有效翼缘宽度和等效刚度的计算方法;揭示新型叠合楼板空间组合效应对组合梁框架结构抗震性能和塑性耗能机制的影响规律;建立组合梁框架结构的不同抗震性能水平的量化指标限值,提出组合梁框架结构基于性能的抗震设计方法和建议。本项目的研究成果将推动新型叠合楼板在钢-混凝土组合框架结构中的广泛应用,有益于我国建筑工业化的发展。
英文摘要
The prefabricated buildings are developing vigorously in China, but the research on the floor system is less developed, which restricts the development of steel-concrete composite structure building industrialization. Based on the new laminated floor slab system, This project intends to use the methods of experimental research, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis to seismic behaviours of the Steel-concrete composite frame structure with this laminated slab. In this project, the overall mechanical performance of the new type of composite slab are studied systematically, the influence on the stiffness of the slab is analyzed, and the bearing capacity and the stiffness calculation methods of the new composite slab are established. To establish the calculation methods of the effective flange width and equivalent stiffness of the new type of composite beam, the project focuses on the study of the cooperative working mechanism and related influencing parameters of the new composite beams, and analyzes its influence laws of the bearing capacity and the stiffness of the composite beams and beam-column joints. To establish the performance-based seismic design methods and suggestions of the composite frame structure when take the space combination effects of the new laminated slab into consideration, the influence law of the combination work of the composite frame structure on the space combination effects of the new composite slab are explored, and the quantitative index limit values for different seismic performance levels of composite beam frame structures with composite floors are established. The research results of this project will promote the wide application of the new laminated floor slab system in steel-concrete composite frame structures, which is beneficial to the development of construction industrialization in China.
