拆迁安置社区是一种介于城乡之间的过渡型社区，其空间特征、社会关系、治理结构等均有明显的“亦乡亦城”特征。该特征使得传统社区治理难以有效应对其空间冲突的复杂性和持续性。本课题着眼拆迁安置社区空间冲突，从功能性冲突视角探索冲突的机理及演化规律，构建最优冲突目标下的治理策略。主要内容包括：1）运用空间生产理论，通过扎根理论构建社区空间冲突形成机理模型；2）建立社区空间冲突程度的全过程评价模型，定量评估冲突程度，分析内卷型、发展型、活跃型与危机型四类社区空间冲突的时空差异性；3）构建基于多Agent的社区空间冲突多情景仿真模型，模拟预测四类社区冲突演化趋势；4）采用案例研究与矛盾分析，构建基于全过程、多主体协同的社区空间冲突治理机制与分类治理策略。本课题既可为空间冲突高发的拆迁安置社区提供缓和冲突的治理对策，又能通过冲突调节矫正拆迁安置社区的内卷化，从而推动拆迁安置社区向现代城市社区的顺利转型。

Resettled communities for landless peasants is a kind of transitional community between urban and rural communities. The spatial characteristics, social relations, and governance structure of resettled communities have a composited characteristics of urban and rural communities. Thus, the traditional modes of community governance cannot solve the spatial conflicts, with the characteristics of complexity and persistence, in resettled communities. Based on the functions of conflicts, this study explores the formation mechanism and the evolution of spatial conflicts in the resettled communities, and then formulates governance strategies with the goal of achieving a best situation of spatial conflicts. The main contents include: 1) to develop a theoretical model for the formation of spatial conflicts in resettled communities(SCRC) with the grounded theory and theory of the production of space; 2) to establish a process-based evaluation model of SCRC and divide resettled communities into four types based on the assessment of the degree of SCRC, and then analyze the spatial and temporal differences of SCRC among these communities; 3) to build an agent-based simulation model of SCRC, and analyze the trends of SCRC of different types of communities with the multi-scenario simulation; 4) to explore governance mechanisms and governance strategies from the perspectives of whole-process governance and collaborative governance, with the methods of case study and contradiction analysis. This research contributes to both the governance of spatial conflicts in resettled communities and the transition of the resettlement communities.
