基于稚虫形态学和分子特征的中国倍叉虫责亚科分类修订

倍叉虫责 亚科是襀翅目叉虫责科最大的亚科，是山区溪流生态系统中系统的主要石蝇 类群，具有重要的系统地位和生态重要性，同时还是一类重要的水环境质量评价的指示生物。 但截至目前，我国的种类尚缺乏全面的研究，尤其是稚虫形态学方面的研究几乎空白。因此， 我国该亚科的稚虫形态学和系统分类研究滞后的局面亟待改变。 本项目拟对我国该亚科昆虫的稚虫形态学进行详细研究，并在此基础上以属为单位对其进行分类修订，并解决相似种和疑难种的归属问题；旨在阐明我国属种的生物多样性和完整性，完善其动物地理分布格局，为揭示叉虫责科高级分类阶元之间的系统演化关系提供更为翔实可靠的数据。研究结果可以增加我国昆虫生物多样性基础数据，并对这一类群的保护和利用研究以及揭示其系统进化均具有重要的意义。

Amphinemurinae is the largest subfamily of the stonefly family Nemouridae;it is also important in mountain- river ecosystems and systematics and have been widely used as indicator for water quality monitoring. However, the knowledge on the species diversity in Chinese fauna and the nymphal morphology are far from completed. Therefore, improvement of the systematic study on the nymphal morphology and taxonomic revision of the subfamily in China is badly needed. The present project is to clarify the diversity and revise the taxonomic system of the subfamily Amphinemurinae from China including elucidating the classification of the closely related species and the problematic ones, on the basis of comprehensive studies on both the adults and nymphal stages. The result of the resesarch will be of great significance for the further research on the phylogentic relationships of the higher ranks of Nemouridae and the conversation and utilization of the subfamily.
