两种入侵甘蓝粉虱的亲缘关系及种间互作

欧洲甘蓝粉虱（Aleyrodes proletella L.）是一种重要的蔬菜和园艺作物害虫，2013年入侵新疆。近年发现一个与欧洲甘蓝粉虱混合发生，但在形态学和分子生物学有显著差异并存在生殖隔离的粉虱Aleyrodes sp.，国内外文献鲜有报道。本项目围绕粉虱Aleyrodes sp.的分类地位及其与欧洲甘蓝粉虱共享生态位混合发生的生态学策略这一科学问题，应用形态学、生态学、行为学和分子生物学方法，明确Aleyrodes sp.的分类地位及其与欧洲甘蓝粉虱的亲缘关系；通过研究两种粉虱对时间、空间和食物资源的分配策略等探讨种间竞争共存机制、协同进化、多物种群落的演替及多样性等问题；通过比较天敌对两种粉虱的控制作用，探索在天敌因子的驱动下两种粉虱的生存策略。为深入解析欧洲甘蓝粉虱与Aleyrodes sp. 定殖和种群扩张机制提供理论依据，为近缘种的生态位策略研究提供实验例证。

European cabbage whitefly, Aleyrodes proletella (L.) is an important pest on vegetables and horticultural crops, and it was first recorded in Xinjiang in 2013. A new whitefly Aleyrodes sp. was observed in 2016, which normaly share ecological niche with A. proletella (L.) but shows quite different in morphology and molecular biology study, and the reproductive isolation was confirmed by hybrid experiment. However, rare of publications mentioned its existence and ecological significance. In order to clarify the taxonomic status of Aleyrodes sp. and the ecological strategies of sharing ecological niche between two whiteflies, the methods of morphology, ecology, ethology and molecular biology were used in this study. Mechanisms of competition coexist, coevolution, the succession of multi-species community, and diversity, etc. were discussed based on the studies of allocation strategies of time, space and food resources between two whiteflies. The survival strategies between two whiteflies were explored via the comparison study of control effect of nature enemies. Results will provide scientific basis to analysis the mechanisms of colonization and expansion of two whiteflies, and to provide example illustration for the study of ecological niche strategy between sibling species.
