共享经济下的协同消费问题已成为学术界、产业界以及政策决策者关注的重要前沿课题。协同消费中的物我关系由长期和稳定转变为临时和不确定,使得现有占有消费为主的消费者行为理论不足以解释占有与使用分离的协同消费行为,尤其在“关键动机识别,物我关系重构的影响”等核心问题上还存在深入研究的空间。本课题在自我决定、延伸自我、心理所有权和联想网络等理论基础上,聚焦物我关系视角下基于分享和使用的协同消费心理机制和影响机理研究,将其拆解为“概念界定——动机识别——干预方式”三个主要研究内容,实现对关键科学问题的全面刻画和深度剖析。研究基于物我关系视角,构建“协同消费动机模型和影响因素模型”,对分享和使用的心理特征和动机,物我交互因素对分享和使用的影响机理进行深入研究,并通过深度访谈、问卷调查和实验研究予以论证。课题的研究发现将揭开消费者分享和使用的“黑箱”,丰富协同消费理论体系,为企业参与共享经济提供策略方法。
英文摘要
The issue of collaborative consumption in the sharing economy has become an important frontier subject concerned by academia, industry and policy-makers. In collaborative consumption, the relationship between possession and consumer self changes from long-term and stable into temporary and uncertain. This makes traditional consumer behavior theories based on ownership not completely explain consumers’ psychological mechanisms of participation in collaborative consumption and processes of outsider factors influence on the collaborative consumption. Especially, there are great research gaps in the motivations identification, and the effects of reconstructing possession-self linking on sharing and use. Based on the theories of self-determination, extended self, psychological ownership, and associative network, this project focuses on sharing and use in collaborative consumption, dissolves it into three key scientific issues, namely, “concept definition –motivation identification–intervention mode”, and realizes the in-depth analysis of these scientific issues in collaborative consumption. From the perspective of possession-self linking, the project builds on “collaborative consumption motivation models and the factor influence models”, analyzing the psychological mechanism of collaborative consumption and the influence processes of possession-self interaction on the collaborative consumption. Through in-depth interviews, questionnaire surveys and experimental researches, the project uncovers the “black box” of consumers’ sharing and use, riches collaborative consumption theories, and provides methods and strategies for enterprises participation in sharing economy.
