沉积物岩心的热液活动记录对恢复热液活动历史,寻找埋藏型热液矿体具有重要的意义。位于我国东海大陆架边缘的冲绳海槽,是距离我国最近的存在大量热液活动的弧后盆地。然而,目前在冲绳海槽北部是否存在热液活动尚未定论,直接影响该区物质来源的判别,可能造成该区物质“源—汇”过程以及古海洋古环境认识上的偏差。. 本项目拟在有孔虫14C年代学框架下,利用R型因子分析法对冲绳海槽北部沉积物岩心常微量元素的含量进行分析,通过对热液异常层位(前期研究证实存在)热液矿物的鉴定和分析,阐明该区不同时期物质来源及比重,揭示热液活动影响时间,恢复该区热液活动史,估算热液活动对该区物质的贡献。该研究不仅能为深入研究冲绳海槽北部热液活动,寻找该区埋藏型热液矿体提供基础,同时也能给全面判别该区物质来源提供更多的参考和依据。
英文摘要
The records of hydrothermal activity in sediment core are of great significance for recovering the history of hydrothermal activity and searching for buried hydrothermal mineral resources. The Okinawa Trough, located at the edge of continental shelf in the East China Sea, is the nearest back-arc basin with a large amount of hydrothermal activities. However, the existence of hydrothermal activities has not been determined in the north of the Okinawa Trough, which directly affects the identification of material sources, and may lead to the understanding deviation of the "source-sink" process of materials, the paleoceanography and palaeoenvironment in the north of the Okinawa Trough.. This project, under the 14C chronology of foraminifera, plans to analyze the content of major and trace elements of sediment core in the north of Okinawa Trough by using R factor analysis method. Combining with the identification and analysis of hydrothermal mineral in the hydrothermal abnormal layers (verified by preliminary study), the project will illustrate the material sources and the proportion of different period, reveal the effect time of hydrothermal activity, restore the history of hydrothermal activity, and estimate the material contribution of hydrothermal activity to the north of Okinawa Trough. The implementation of the project will be not only able to provide a basis for in-depth study of hydrothermal activities and search for buried hydrothermal mineral resources, but also provide more reference and basis for comprehensive identification of material sources in the north of the Okinawa Trough.
