火是自然生态系统的重要组成部分, 对人类文明的发展有重要作用. 然而, 由于缺乏连续的精确定年的火沉积序列及合适的指标, 在河姆渡文明聚落区, 天然火如何演化及其与气候环境、人类活动的关系仍不明晰. 本项目拟采用河姆渡遗址附近的自然剖面HMD1401钻孔为主要研究对象, 在AMS14C年代学基础上较高分辨率地分析整个序列的火成碳含量及碳同位素组成, 正构烷烃及其碳、氢同位素组成, 确立该地区全新世以来火、植被演化及气候变化; 结合该区域现代植被、表土的相关研究, 以及地层中苯多羧酸比值、大炭屑的分析, 探讨火事件中的自然与人类活动影响因素; 通过与其他相关记录及考古资料的对比, 阐明火事件与先民农业活动的关系以及对陆地生态系统的可能影响, 进一步揭示宁绍平原地区火-植被-气候-人类活动的相互联系. 本项目将为全球变暖气候背景下该区域未来生态环境建设和可持续发展提供科学数据.
英文摘要
Fire is an important factor in natural ecosystems, and plays a vital role in the development of human civilization. However, due to lack of well-dated continuous sedimentary sequences and finely resolved proxies records, the natural evolution of fire and its relationship with human activities remains unclear. The famous "Light of Chinese Ancient Civilization", the well studied Hemudu civilization settlement area is no exception. Thus, this project uses material from HMD-1401 core, located in Hemudu ecological protection area, Yuyao Luojiang village, Zhejiang Province, to study the interactions between fire, vegetation, climate and human activities. Based on the detailed AMS14C-age control, high-resolution Pyrogenic Carbon and its carbon isotope, n-alkanes and their carbon and hydrogen isotopes will be analyzed to establish fire, vegetation and climate history since the early Holocene. Combined with study of modern vegetation and topsoil in this region, the corresponding formation of fire labeled molecules BPCAs will be studied to distinguish the natural and human induced fires during periods of major burning. This will further reveal fire-climate-vegetation-human activity in Ningshao plain with interpretation supported by local historical records and geological documents to provide a regional environmental background. Moreover, the project will provide a more accurate reconstruction of Holocene fire history and evolution of vegetation in Ningshao Plain, and clarify the relationship between fire events, ancient agricultural activities and their effects on terrestrial ecosystems. Additionally, this project will provide scientific data for ecological environmental engineering and sustainable development of the Yangtze River valley in warm and dry periods.
