本项目聚焦个性化定制生产之亟需,针对新型信息技术条件下Job Shop生产环境,将每个用户和资源等价成不同代理,以实现用户个性化目标为主导、以用户主动参与调度决策过程为手段、以协商优化模式为突破点,开展Job Shop多代理调度问题研究。项目主要研究内容包括:多代理耦合作用机理、多代理调度分布式协商决策机制、多代理调度分阶段协调优化方法、多代理调度仿真与评价等;项目旨在揭示个性化Job Shop生产调度中多代理之间的耦合作用机理,提出并建立引导和约束用户代理共享真实私有信息、实现全局优化的动态监督激励机制,提出面向优化目标多、寻优空间大、相互约束强的多代理调度分阶段冲突消解方法,形成Job Shop多代理调度优化方法体系。项目的研究成果将为保障个性化定制环境下Job Shop生产过程有序、高效运转,提供一种协作、共赢的调度优化新方法与技术。
英文摘要
In order to meet the diversification of customer needs, by using agent to represent different customers and the resource, we will focus on the job shop scheduling problem with multiple agents in a digitalized, networked and customer-oriented manufacturing environment. The project will let the customers take part in the decision processing of job shop scheduling, so to achieve the personalized goal of the customers. The project will try to present a cooperative optimization mechanism among multiple agents, so to get a win-win result. The main research problem of the project will include the coupling mechanism, the distributed decision mechanism, the cooperative optimization mechanism, and the evaluation method of the job shop scheduling with multiple agents. The project will try to reveal the coupling mechanism among the multiple agents. The project will also try to present a dynamic supervisory incentive mechanism among multiple agents, so to get a global optimization. Furthermore, the project will try to provide a mechanism to solve the problem of confliction among the multiple agents by decomposition. The goal of the project is to set up a total solution for the job shop scheduling with multiple agents..The project will provide a theoretical foundation for solving the interaction and cooperation among the multiple agents in job shop scheduling. It will develop an openness, cooperation and win-win methodology for the production control in a customer-oriented job shop, so to make the job shop running in order, smooth, and with high efficiency.
