基于企业异质性的企业区位变迁的动力机制研究

With development of globalization and regional integration, the movements of production factors across regions are accelerated by the improvement of technique in terms of telecommunication and transportation. Simultaneously, the spatial economy is undergoing a process of reshaping and reorganization. It is shown that the disparities of productivity across regions are always neglected when using industrial shares or firm numbers to investigate the economic inequality between regions. It is found that China regional economic disparity is still on the increasing trend by employing Total factor productivity (TFP). As a consequence, using TFP provides a new train of thought and theoretical basis to investigate the dynamics of spatial distribution of industries based on the firm heterogeneity. In addition, it also helps to study spatial organization of firm location and promote coordinated development between regional. As we all known, excessive concentration of population and unbalanced distribution of manufacturing have challenged the harmonious development of Chinese regional economy. The study of industrial location based on the firm heterogeneity allows us to investigate the cause of formation of Chinese space economy and the dynamics of regional development in the long term. Moreover, it also beneficial to promote the reasonable firm relocation, build a system of industrial division of labor for integration of metropolitan region , realize the rational allocation of economic resources and make a policy to promote harmonious development of Chinese regional economy.

随着经济全球化和区域经济一体化的不断深入，信息技术和交通运输方式的不断变革加速了生产要素的跨区域流动，经济空间形态正在经历一个自组织和重构的过程。以往基于产业份额和企业数量纬度对区域经济差异的考察，忽视了区域间生产效率的差异，通过对中国地区间全要素生产率的探究，发现区域间的经济差异仍在经历不断扩大的趋势。因此基于企业异质性视角探究生产效率差异产业的空间布局动力机制，为探究企业区位空间形态和区域经济差异不断扩大，促进区域之间协调发展问题，提供了新的思路和理论依据。沿海大都市人口的过于集中和制造业的不均衡布局对于中国区域经济的协调发展提出了严峻的挑战。从异质性企业区位选择视角探讨中国区域经济发展格局的成因和长期发展的动态规律，对于进一步引导沿海产业转移，建立面向大都市圈的一体化新型产业分工体系，对实现经济资源的合理空间配置以及对制定区域经济协调发展政策具有进一步的推动意义。

随着我国区域市场一体化程度不断深化，各地区产品市场的分割程度出现了显著的下降趋势，区域间市场趋于不断整合。本项目以我国新时期生产要素的跨区域流动，经济空间形态正在经历一个自组织和重构的过程为背景，基于空间经济学的理论框架和方法，以微观企业为研究对象，研究异质性企业区位变迁的动力机制及其区域响应。考虑我国工业企业组成的复杂性，出口企业和非出口企业的异质性，本研究的主要内容主要有：我国工业企业空间分布的时空演化及其特征；区域间贸易成本与区域收入空间差异的关联机制；基于企业异质性视角下的经济集聚与企业生产率的耦合关系，企业出口强度、集聚经济与企业绩效。 本项目的主要数据来源主要基于中国工业企业数据库和中国海关进出口数据库的合并，同时结合课题组在长三角地区的园区调研信息，以制造业微观企业的生产和进出口信息为基本单元，进而完整地去探究企业区位变迁的机制，以及制造业空间集聚效应的异质性特征。本项目主要研究成果如下，基于全要素生产率异质性视角，高生产率制造业更多选址布局在东部沿海地区，而低生产率企业一定程度上出现了向中西部内迁的重构过程。基于企业区位变迁，我国区域间相对收入差异随着区域贸易自由度的提升，出现了先上升后下降的倒U型变化的过程。同时，我国制造业的空间集聚效应随着企业出口状态的不同，表现出明显的异质性特征。集聚效应对于低出口强度企业相对明显，但对高出口强度的企业而言相对较弱。通过不同的集聚经济测度和企业绩效的稳健性检验，我国制造业集聚效应的异质性现象始终存在。
