变应性鼻炎是一种常见的过敏性疾病,以连续喷嚏、清水样涕、鼻塞及鼻痒为特点。近年来,变应性鼻炎发病率显著升高且儿童发病越来越趋于小龄化,这是否与我们日常生活中大量接触的环境激素存在一定关系?壬基酚作为代表性环境激素之一,对人体各系统造成不同程度的影响,且可以通过胎盘和母乳喂养的方式传递给胎儿和婴幼儿。有研究发现壬基酚可以加重哮喘的呼吸道炎症反应,其是否作为重要诱因造成变应性鼻炎发病率的显著升高,又是通过怎样的机制参与变应性鼻炎的发生发展,相关领域研究还不清晰。申请者拟以变应性鼻炎患者、变应性鼻炎动物模型以及离体T亚型免疫应答细胞等多水平为研究对象,采用多种研究方法展开壬基酚对变应性鼻炎影响机制研究,同时展开壬基酚对G-1治疗作用的干预研究,明确壬基酚以GPER半激动剂形式影响G-1作用的分子机制,为揭示壬基酚的毒性作用,建立可能的防治措施,以及为变应性鼻炎治疗的靶向药物开发提供重要实验依据。

Allergic rhinitis is a common allergic disease, which is characterized by continuous sneezing, clear water like runny nose, stuffy nose and itchy nose. In recent years, the incidence of allergic rhinitis has increased significantly and the children patients become younger and younger. Is this related to a large number of environmental hormones in our daily life? As one of the representative environmental hormones, nonylphenol has different effects on various systems of human body, and it can be transmitted to fetus and infants through placenta and breastfeeding. It has been found that nonylphenol can aggravate the airway inflammatory response of asthma, whether it is an important inducement to cause a significant increase in the incidence of allergic rhinitis, and how to participate in the occurrence and development of allergic rhinitis through the mechanism, the relevant field research is not clear. The applicant plans to take the patients with allergic rhinitis, the animal model of allergic rhinitis and the immune response cells of T subtype in vitro as the research objects, and adopt various research methods to carry out the research on the effect of nonylphenol on allergic rhinitis. At the same time, the intervention study of nonylphenol on G-1 treatment was carried out in order to clarify the molecular mechanism of the effect of nonylphenol in the form of GPER semi agonist. The purpose of this project is to reveal the toxic effect of nonylphenol, to establish possible prevention and treatment measures, and to provide an important experimental basis for the development of targeted drugs for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
