针对现有钒钛磁铁矿高炉法处理钛精矿存在的流程长、工艺复杂、资源利用率低等缺陷,结合辽宁低铁高钒钛我国这一独有的钒钛磁铁矿资源工艺矿物学禀赋特性,本申请提出了“低铁高钒钛型钒钛磁铁矿低钙直接冶炼”的新思路,即,首先在低CaO复配渣系条件下将钒钛磁铁精矿进行搅拌强化熔融还原,得到含钒铁水和高品位高钛渣熔体;然后含钒铁水喷吹CO2脱碳精炼直接冶炼钒钢;最后将高钛渣熔体进行多级深度还原制备低成本钛合金(Ti-Al-Fe-Si系)。通过对低铁高钒钛型钒钛磁铁矿的工艺矿物学、低配钙渣系下搅拌强化熔融还原过程的冶金物理化学基础、搅拌熔融还原含钒铁水中不同组元赋存状态/热力学遗传行为以及高钛渣熔体适度铝热还原-喷吹钙深度还原制备低成本钛合金多相反应过程的冶金学基础等重点内容的研究,建立低铁高钒钛型钒钛磁铁矿直接冶炼高效清洁提取与资源化高值化利用理论与方法体系,为其高效清洁提取高值化利用提供理论/技术支撑。
英文摘要
In view of the shortcomings of the existing BF process for treating titanium concentrate, such as long process, complex process and low resource utilization rate, and in combination with the unique technological mineralogical endowment characteristics of low iron and high vanadium titanomagnetite resources in Liaoning Province, a novel idea of ‘direct smelting of low iron and high vanadium titanomagnetite with low calcium’ is put forward in this application. Firstly, vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate was stirred and smelted under the condition of low CaO compound slag system to obtain vanadium-containing hot metal and high-grade high-titanium slag melts. Then direct smelting of vanadium steel with hot metal containing vanadium by CO2 decarbonization refining. Finally, low-cost titanium alloys (Ti-Al-Fe-Si system) are prepared by multi-stage depth reduction of high titanium slag melts. The technological mineralogy of low iron and high vanadium titanomagnetite, the metallurgical physicochemical basis of stirring strengthening smelting reduction process under low calcium slag system, the occurrence state/thermodynamic genetic behavior of different components in hot metal containing vanadium by stirring smelting reduction, and the metallurgical basis of multiphase reaction process of preparing low-cost titanium alloy by moderate thermite reduction of high titanium slag melts and deep reduction by injecting calcium were studied. In order to provide theoretical/technical support for efficient and clean extraction and high-value utilization of vanadium titanomagnetite with low iron and high vanadium-titanium type, a theoretical and methodological system was well established.
