当替代性创新技术“跨界”进入某一传统产业，原行业在位企业同时面对本战略群和替代进者战略群的“跨战略群”竞争威胁，需要通过恰当的合作行为，争取具有主动性的竞争地位，才能有效实施动态竞争对抗行动以便提升绩效。本项目基于动态竞争理论、企业合作网络理论等，整合目前竞合（coopetiton）前沿研究中普遍的“行为—结构—绩效”和“结构—行为—绩效”两种研究范式，探讨和揭示在位企业跨战略群的“合作—竞争”行为组合机制。本项目厘清开发和利用两类合作行为如何帮助企业在战略群内和战略群间提高关系共通性和资源异质性的竞争地位；进而探讨分别在战略群内和战略群间的关系共通性和资源异质性如何叠加地促进企业有效发动针对两个战略群和跨战略群的竞争主动性；最终探讨在位企业不同合作行为通过战略群内和战略群间竞争地位的叠加如何传导影响企业竞争行为，进而揭示在位企业跨战略群的合作、竞争地位和竞争行为对增加绩效的有效组态构型。

While substitute innovative technology cross-border entering a traditional industry, incumbents would have to simultaneously face a “dual-strategic-group” competition which contains incumbents and entrants strategic groups. Thus incumbents need to cooperate appropriately, to engage better competitive status, and to aggressively choose rival actions for improving performance. This study, on the basis of dynamic competition and cooperative network theories, integrates the two frameworks in current literature of coopetition, the “action-structure-performance” and “structure-action-performance”, in order to explore the assemble mechanism of cooperation and competition actions which are cross-strategic-group. This study clarifies how either explorative and exploitative cooperation action help to engage the competitive status, including relation commodity and resources heterogeneity, of incumbents both intra-strategic-group and inter-strategic-group, respectively. Then this study investigates the association of competitive status and competitive aggressiveness, crossing intra-strategic-group and inter-strategic-group. Finally, this study reveals the mediation effects of competitive status in both strategic group between cooperation and competition actions crossing the strategic groups, and further the construction of coopetition actions and cross-strategic-group competitive status for improving performance.
