顾客满意度、市场投资者情绪与股票报酬

Among the many potential marketing-based intangible assets, there has been a rapid rise in interest in measurement of stock performance and customer satisfaction over the past several years. Based on the influence on psychological factor of market participants, investor sentiment in financial market might fluctuate stocks largely deviating from basic value and thereby causing systematic mispricing. Although literature on customer satisfaction and stock returns has become fairly extensive, extant research has neglected to examine whether the relationship between investor sentiment and stock returns will be moderated by the change of customer satisfaction information. Therefore, this study develops and supports a framework suggesting that customer satisfaction plays an important role in the relationship between investor sentiment and stock returns. Moreover, considering the cumulative prospect theory, this study aims to propose theoretical model and empirical results to investigate whether and how customer satisfaction information affects the disposition effect of heterogeneous investors. Focusing on the efficient market hypothesis, this study considers the information of customer satisfaction and sensitivity of investor sentiment simultaneously and attempts to investigate whether the customer satisfaction-sensitivity strategies will generate abnormal return and beat the market during the different market states. This study hopes that our findings motivate more research and market participants to pay more attention to the value creation role of market-based assets of customer satisfaction.

以往的文献对于顾客满意度信息与股票报酬及投资者行为之间的关系进行诸多研究，但却忽略了顾客满意度在市场投资者情绪对股票报酬或投资者行为关系之中的影响力。因此我们基于市场异质性参与者心理因素的影响，首先在不同市场状态下，分析顾客满意度对市场投资者情绪与股票报酬之间关系造成的影响。其次，借鉴累积前景理论模型对投资者行为的描绘，我们修正累积前景理论模型中投资者风险承受度为常数的假设，引入风险资产过去报酬及顾客满意度信息定义投资者风险承受度函数，利用动态调整信息修正过去文献对于投资者行为理论模型的缺失。此外，我们同时利用实证数据进行分析，探讨顾客满意度对异质性投资者处置效应的作用机理及影响。最后，在效率市场假说的基础上，本项目结合顾客满意度与市场投资者情绪敏感度信息制定投资策略后，验证不同市场状态下股票市场超额报酬异象及市场无效率程度。期望凭借本项目能促使我国金融市场参与者对顾客满意度信息的重视。

过去许多文献指出企业可以通过提高顾客满意度、履行企业社会责任等方式增加企业无形资产的价值，进而影响企业经营绩效及价值评估。再者，企业内部的人力资源与无形资产存在关联性，无形资产的创造是依靠企业的技术及管理人才，进而实现经营绩效的提升。.本研究首先通过国外市场数据，证实消极的企业社会责任行为会对经营绩效产生负面影响，而提高顾客满意度则可减缓消极企业社会责任的负面影响。而通过我国企业的数据，研究揭示影响企业员工工作幸福感的可能渠道。而比较创业者及企业员工的工作幸福感后，研发现我国创业者的工作幸福感并未显著高于企业员工，其原因可能在于我国创业者多数属于生存型创业者。因此，在加快构建创新创业支撑平台的同时，也应该重视对于创业者软实力的培养，提高学历及个人能力，协助创业者在自主创业前有效提升创业能力。其次，如何有效监理我国企业履行员工福利政策等社会责任，提升企业员工的工作幸福感，也是我国监管单位须要思考的。.过往文献指出引入境外机构投资者能够加强企业的社会责任意识，然而对资本市场中的境外机构投资者而言，融资流动性风险程度增加会造成境外机构投资者处分资产的压力陡增，而境外风险投资者看重企业能否海外上市的根本原因在于其追求的是更快实现退出目标。简而言之，在我国现行制度下所引入的合格境外机构投资者，由于面临的融资流动性风险程度较高，相较于境内机构投资者，境外机构投资者的投资行为及参与公司治理的动机容易发生变化，利己主义的趋利动机可能凌驾于其加强企业管理阶层的监管动机。因此，再引入境外机构投资者进入我国资本市场时，如何提高其对我国企业高管的监管意愿、提升我国企业整体经营管理水平，退场机制的优化可能起到关键作用。.综上所述，中国历经改革开放四十年的洗礼和发展，在新经济时代下的中国企业须要树立与时俱进的社会责任意识，通过企业社会责任的投入提升包含品牌价值等无形资产的价值，补齐我国企业软实力不足的短版。
