近年来，随着我国“互联网+”医疗改革的推进，移动医疗平台不断涌现，其通过丰富的功能为用户提供多样化的医疗服务，但用户体验差、使用深度低、主动贡献少等问题制约了平台的持续增长和盈利能力。当前相关研究比较缺乏且存在诸多不足。本课题拟从用户体验、深度使用和角色外行为入手，开展顺序混合方法研究，以揭示移动医疗平台用户体验和行为的内涵与规律。主要研究内容包括：1）探索用户体验、深度使用与角色外行为的内涵特征和关键影响因素，2）分析用户体验、深度使用与角色外行为的形成机理；3）阐明用户体验与深度使用、角色外行为间的内在关联和复杂因果机制。本课题的主要创新之处在于将用户体验、深度使用与角色外行为的概念引入移动医疗平台研究，将模型驱动和数据驱动的研究思路有机结合，并通过情境化的理论创新，丰富移动医疗、用户体验、深度使用和角色外行为的理论体系。课题成果也将为移动医疗平台的开发和运营提供支持和参考。

As part of the national initiative of “Internet+” healthcare reform, mobile healthcare platforms have developed rapidly in recent years and provided a number of medical services enabled by rich system features. However, the sustainability of these platforms has been limited by low-level user experience, shallow usage and the lack of users’ active contributions. The existing research on this issue is rare and limited in a number of aspects. This project aims to reveal the nature and mechanisms underlying user experience and behaviors in the context of mobile healthcare platforms from the perspectives of user experience, deep usage and extra-role behaviors. We propose to conduct a sequential mixed-method research on three major issues including: 1) exploring the nature and key antecedents of user experience, deep usage and extra-role behaviors; 2) analyzing the mechanisms through which user experience, deep usage and extra-role behaviors are developed; and 3) revealing the inner connections and complex causality from user experience to deep usage and extra-role behaviors. The major innovation of this project resides in the incorporation of user experience, deep usage and extra-role behaviors into the research on mobile healthcare platforms, the integration of data-driven and model-driven research approaches, and the contextualized theorization and extension of existing knowledge on mobile healthcare, user experience, deep usage and extra-role behaviors. The research findings will also provide useful insights and supports for the design and operations of mobile healthcare platforms.
