非晶结构色材料在环保型颜料、可视化传感、显示等众多领域具有重要的应用,但其在防伪领域的潜力尚待开发。本项目拟通过多涂层设计,借助遇水变透明中间白色涂层和黑色背景涂层的特殊作用,探索非晶光学结构在多模式防伪涂层中的应用。首先,采用先进的光学结构设计使非晶涂层与中间涂层的白色相匹配,实现非晶涂层的隐形;通过水份含量调控中间涂层的透明度以发挥黑色背景涂层的吸光作用,提高非晶结构色的饱和度,使结构色显影,发展新型隐形模式防伪涂层。进一步,在非晶光学结构中引入智能高分子材料,发展外场响应性纳米复合涂层,在隐形防伪模式的基础上,增加结构色智能调控防伪模式。第三,在非晶光学结构中引入荧光分子,基于荧光与结构色的加色复合原理,实现荧光-外场可调结构色组合防伪模式。本项目发展的多模式及组合模式非晶结构色智能防伪涂层,将为高附加值商品、机密档案、珠宝等的防伪提供高效、先进的解决方案。
英文摘要
Non-iridescent structural colors have profound applications in environment-friendly pigments, colorful sensors, displays and etc. But their potentials in anti-counterfeiting coatings still need to be explored. In this project, amorphous photonic structures will be designed for multi-modal anti-counterfeiting through a novel multi-layer design by the incorporation of an intermediate white layer with water-induced transparency and a black background layer. The white appearance caused by the amorphous photonic structures could hide on the dry and white intermediate layer and be revealed by immersing in water through the improvement in structural color saturation with the help of the black background. Thus, novel amorphous-photonic-structured anti-counterfeiting coatings with hidden and shown patterns are realized. Importantly, by incorporating intelligent supramolecular polymers into the amorphous photonic structures, an effective tuning of structural color hues will be enabled and dual-modal structural color anti-counterfeiting coatings are developed. Moreover, by further introducing fluorescence to the amorphous photonic structures, an advanced combinational multi-modal structural color anti-counterfeiting coating based on on/off fluorescence , reversible structural color hiding - revealing and the effective combination of the fluorescence and the structural colors are achieved. The multi-modal smart, combinational anti-counterfeiting coatings will have great implications in high-value added products, confidential documents, precious jewelry and etc.
