高承载和长寿命的支承轴承是齿轮传动涡扇发动机(简称GTF)减速齿轮箱研究的重要内容。本项目以具有“悬臂式中空轴颈固定不动、悬浮式轴瓦高速旋转”结构特征的GTF轴颈轴承为研究对象,围绕双时变非线性激励、高转速高比压工况、多层材料支承悬臂式中空特征所引起的科学问题,开展理论分析、数值仿真和试验测试。建立GTF轴颈轴承多润滑状态多物理场分析模型,研究悬臂式中空轴颈结构、表面织构设计、涂层和基体参数等的耦合影响,开展GTF轴颈轴承及其织构化涂层表面多润滑状态试验。揭示多层材料耦合传热与变形影响下的轴承承载机理,探究面向轴向均匀场设计的织构-涂层-基体系统的几何、机械和热力学关键参数的匹配方法与调控机制,形成GTF轴颈轴承悬臂式中空轴颈结构、织构化涂层表面和轴承性能的协同分析技术。本项目对于建立满足高承载和长寿命设计目标的GTF轴颈轴承的研究路径、发展GTF减速齿轮箱支承技术的设计方法具有重要意义。
英文摘要
The journal bearing with high load carrying capacity and long life span is an important part of Geared Turbo Fan engine (GTF). The cantilevered and hollow journal is consisted of multilayer materials while the bearing bush is floating and rotating. The high-rotating-speed and high-specific-pressure journal bearing works in the time-varying and nonlinear excitations conditions. To solve the scientific problems resulting from the harsh conditions and journal structure, the study is carried out by theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, and experimental test. A multi-physical analysis model is developed for multiple lubrication states. The coupling influence of journal structure, surface texture, coating, and substrate is incorporated in this model. Performance of the bearing and the coating surface with texture are experimentally investigated under different lubricating conditions. The bearing loading mechanism under the influence of heat transfer and deformation of the multilayer materials is explored. The relationship between structure and property of the cantilevered and hollow journal is clarified, which is used for the uniform design of axial physical field on the journal surface. The matching design method of geometrical, mechanical, and thermodynamics parameters is developed, which can be used for optimizing the substrate-coating-texture system. The collaborative technique of design and analysis is constructed used for the cantilevered and hollow journal, surface coating with texture, and bearing performance of GTF journal bearing. The work of this project is significant for constructing the research approach of high-load-carrying-capacity bearing and long-life-span surface, and developing the design method of GTF reduction gearbox.
