本项目瞄准近代教育建筑研究不足、教育学与建筑学跨学科研究缺失等问题,结合近代教育建筑“内部变革和外来文化影响两条主线相织”的特点,选取中国近代最具代表性的城市之一—南京,以南京近代本土学校和教会学校建筑作为研究对象,通过大量档案史料和现场测绘资料分析、运用HBIM建立建筑信息模型,首次全面、深入、系统地研究南京近代教育建筑发展演进史并建立“教育理念与校园建设关系”的理论模型。创新点有:(1)首次建立了完整的南京近代教育建筑档案库;(2)首次系统梳理了南京近代教育建筑的演进轨迹和发展特征;(3)从社会学、教育学和城市规划学等多学科视角分析中国近代教育建筑的形成机制;(4)建立“教育理念与校园建设关系”的理论模型,提出“知识传递、教育模式是影响建筑空间模式发展演变的核心关键因素”。本研究丰富了我国地方城市专门类型建筑史的研究,为教育建筑遗产保护提供线索,为当今校园建设提供理论指导。
英文摘要
Aiming at the problem of insufficient research on modern educational architecture and the lack of interdisciplinary research in education and architecture, and combining with the characteristics of the two main lines of internal reform and the influence of foreign culture which are intertwined in the development of modern educational architecture, using Nanjing's(one of the most representative cities in modern China)modern local schools and church school buildings as the research object, through a large number of archives historical data and on-site surveying and mapping data analysis, Building information model with HBIM, we have comprehensively, deeply and systematically studied Nanjing modern educational architecture and established a theoretical model of "the relationship between educational philosophy and campus construction" for the first time. The innovations are: (1) For the first time, a complete Nanjing modern educational building archive is established; (2) For the first time, systematically sorting out the evolutionary trajectory and development characteristics of modern educational buildings in Nanjing; (3) The formation mechanism of modern Chinese educational building is analyzed from a multidisciplinary perspective such as sociology, pedagogy, and urban planning; (4) Establish the theoretical model of "the relationship between educational philosophy and campus construction" and propose that "knowledge transfer and education model are the core key factors affecting the development and evolution of architectural space model". This study enriches the research on the history of special type buildings in local cities, provides clues for the protection of educational architectural heritage, and provides theoretical guidance for today's campus construction.
