随机占优理论一直是研究收入不平等，建立经济福利测度的有效工具。传统随机占优理论由于定义过于严格，局限了其应用，已有很多新的更加弹性的随机占优概念被提出，当今社会个人福利依赖很多因素，需要与时俱进，用新的随机占优理论进行刻画，这方面的研究成果还有待丰富。本项目拟研究新的随机占优理论下的风险测度和不平等指数，结合个人偏好的时序性以及不平等指标间的相关性，探索出更符合现实的社会福利函数形式，以期建立新的更贴合实际的社会福利评价体系。本项目还将研究新的随机占优关系的统计检验问题，寻求具备优良统计性质的检验统计量，运用bootstrap等有效的统计方法，结合实际数据进行统计检验和实证分析。本项目属于随机比较、统计推断、经济学和管理科学等领域交叉的新研究领域，尝试从新的角度和新的思路方法探讨新时代下的社会福利体系。本项目的研究成果不仅可以丰富收入分配理论和福利经济理论，还具有应用价值和重要的社会意义。

Stochastic dominance theory has been an effective tool to study income inequality and establish economic welfare measure. Due to the overly strict definition, the application of the traditional stochastic dominance theory is limited. Many new and more flexible stochastic dominance concepts have been proposed. Nowadays, individual welfare depends on many factors. We need keep up with time and use new stochastic dominance theory to characterize individual welfare. This project intends to consider the risk measure and inequality index under the new stochastic dominance theory, and explores a more realistic form of social welfare function by combining with the timeliness of personal preference and the correlation among inequality indicators, so as to establish a new and more realistic social welfare evaluation system. This project also will carry out the statistical test of new stochastic dominance relations, seek for test statistics with good statistical properties, apply effective statistical methods such as bootstrap resampling methods, and conduct statistical test and empirical analysis with actual data. This project is a new research area between stochastic comparison, statistical inference, economics and management science, trying to explore the social welfare system in the new era from a new angle of view by using new ideas and methods. The research results of this project can not only enrich the income distribution theory and welfare economic theory, but also have the application value and the important social significance.
