设计了A、B、C、D四个系列化合物。A系列和D系列分别为带有四个含能三唑杂环的多核二茂铁卟啉与Zn,Co,Ni,Cu,Mn金属卟啉、带有多个含能三唑杂环的多核二茂铁卟啉与金属卟啉树枝,不含三唑环的B系列卟啉与非卟啉C系列为参照化合物。测定其光谱与电化学行为;然后将其添加到高氯酸铵(AP)中,研究此类含能二茂铁卟啉化合物对推进剂主要组分AP热分解的影响;将其添加到固体复合推进剂AP/HTPB中,研究此类催化剂的抗迁移性及其对推进剂的燃速、压强指数和力学性能的影响。比较二茂铁、氮含量不同的配体之间,同一配体与配合物之间,不同配合物之间的燃速催化性能差异;并且使之与合成的参照化合物以及卡托辛的性质进行对比,筛选高效、不迁移的二茂铁卟啉类复合固体推进剂燃速催化剂,为二茂铁类复合固体推进剂燃速催化剂增添新品种,成为该领域的创新性成果,为我国军事和航空航天工业发展做贡献。
英文摘要
Four series of porphyrins (A, B, C, D) modified with ferrocene are designed. Series A and D are multi-nucleus ferrocene functionalized porphyrins and porphyrin dendrimers respectively. These compounds contain multiple energetic triazole heterocycles, and their Zn,Co,Ni,Cu,Mn metal complexes will be synthesized. Series B and C are control conpounds. Serie B is ferrocene functionalized porphyrins without containing triazole heterocycle, and serie C belongs to ferrocene deriviatives containing multiple energetic triazole heterocycles. The photophysical and electrochemical properties of these compounds will be studied. Then their catalytic effects on thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate and anti-migration abilities will be studied. The effects of catalyst on burning rate, pressure exponents and mechanical properties of AP/HTPB propellant will be studied. The burning rate catalytic performances of different ligands with different ferrocene and nitrogen contents, the same ligand and its complexes, and different complexes will be compared. In addition, the rate catalytic performances of synthetic ferrocene functionalized porphyrins will also be compared with the control compounds and catocene. The high efficiency and non-migration burning rate catalysts for composite solid propellants were selected, which was hopeful to add the new number to the family of the burning rate catalysts for composite solid propellants. The research is also supposed to provide some information for the designing burning rate catalysts with new structure, high performance and great practical prospects. This research will become an innovative achievement in this field and contribute to the development of China's military and aerospace industries. So, this research has important significance in both theoretical study and potential application.
