家族企业的特殊性源于"家族"和"企业"不同制度逻辑间的融合,而企业所处的独特制度环境也让其战略行为呈现出更多的复杂性,这些多元制度因素影响着家族创业成长过程中的战略决策动因、行为和绩效。与传统的新制度理论相比,制度逻辑理论不仅关注主导逻辑转变对组织行为的影响,更加关注组织所处环境中的多元逻辑性质,以及组织如何回应这种制度复杂性及其互动过程。本课题从制度逻辑理论出发,结合中国家族企业的制度情境因素和新经济发展的时代背景,通过定性与定量研究手段,分析进入跨代传承阶段的中国家族企业长期导向战略的主导逻辑形成机制和战略行为的绩效特征。本课题研究有助于从不同组织场域的角度去分析家族企业成长过程中合法性和持续性的战略行为,深化多元制度逻辑背景下中国家族企业的长期导向战略动因。研究成果也能够更加系统和深化地理解中国家族企业的独特成长路径和战略行为,对于家族创业领域具有重要的理论和现实意义。
英文摘要
The particularity of family firm stems from the integration of different institutional logics of "Family" and "Business", and the unique institutional environment of the region in which the firm is located also makes its strategic behavior more complex. These multiple institutional logics influence the strategic decision-making motivation, behavior and performance in the process of family firm’s entrepreneurial growth. Compared with the traditional new institutional theory, the institutional logic theory not only pays attention to the impact of the dominant logic on organizational behavior, but also pays more attention to the multi-logic nature of the organization's environment and how the organization responds to the complexity of the institution system and the interaction process. Based on the theory of institutional logic, combined with the institutional situation of Chinese family firms and the background of the new economic development, this project investigates the long-term orientation strategies of family firms that are entering the intergenerational inheritance stage. By taking the qualitative and quantitative research methods, we try to reveal how the dominant logic of long-term orientation is fixed in the context of competing logics, and the strategic behavior and performance characteristics. The research outcomes of this project help to analyze the legal behavior of legitimacy and persistence in the process of family business growth from the perspective of different organizational fields, and deepen our understanding of the long-term strategic motivation of Chinese family firms under the background of multi-institutional logic. By expanding the theoretical framework of family entrepreneurship, this research will help to promote systematically and deeply understanding of the uniqueness of Chinese family firm with theoretical and practical significance.
