应对城市水问题的绿色基础设施是国际研究热点和前沿,也是我国城市绿色发展的重大需求。在此背景下,我国大力推进海绵城市建设,但仍面临着诸多挑战,其中海绵城市设施的空间布局优化对提高海绵城市的效果具有重要意义,当前仍然缺少行之有效的方法。本项目通过场地实验和情境分析,研究不同组合措施的水文水质效应影响机理;建立基于二阶段决策过程的多目标多约束空间优化模型,同时解决选型、选址、参数设计等问题;针对模型求解搜索空间大和耗时长等问题,构建一种基于多层次并行框架的求解算法;并结合武汉市青山示范区的实际情况,开展海绵城市设施空间布局优化及其效应评价的应用研究。本项目创新海绵城市设施空间布局优化方法,可为规划与管理提供重要的科技支撑,对促进我国海绵城市建设事业的发展具有重要的理论意义与实践价值。
英文摘要
The green infrastructure to resolve urban water problem is the hot spot and frontier of international research, and it is also a great demand for urban green development in China. China vigorously promotes the construction of sponge city, but still faces many challenges, among which the spatial allocation optimization of sponge city facilities is of great significance to improve the effect of sponge city, and there is still a lack of effective methods at present. This project will build an urban rainfall runoff model of Qing Shan district in Wuhan, and do field experiments to make an intensive study on hydro-quality effects of distributed and integrate sponge city facilities. A multi-objective facilities spatial allocation optimization model will then be established based on the two phase decision procedure to solve the problems of type selection, location, and design and sizing simultaneously. A multi-layered and parallel algorithms will be proposed to deal with the drawback of large searching space and time-consuming in the process of searching the optimal facilities optimal allocation. Combined with the actual situation of Qingshan district in Wuhan, the application research of spatial allocation optimization and effect evaluation of sponge city facilities is carried out. This project innovates the sponge city facility spatial allocation optimization method, may provide the important science and technology support for the plan and the management, has the important theory significance and the practice value to promote our country sponge city construction development.
