中国面临创新驱动高质量发展的历史新机遇，也面临国际差距拉大的严峻挑战。通过海外并购整合进行知识网络重构促进知识创新是得到普遍认同但仍未解决的问题。基于跨国知识流动的视角，创新导向的海外并购多阶段整合与知识网络重构协同演化促进知识创新的理论体系亟待建立。本项目从“连接—感知—耦合”的跨国知识流动视角出发，基于网络搜索机制和配置与涌现的网络动力机制，围绕跨国企业内部知识元素网络和跨国企业外部知识渠道网络的双层网络体系，动态研究海外并购整合与知识网络重构的协同演化影响知识创新的理论机理、传导机制。本项目通过全局博弈、仿真分析、网络分析、结构方程、案例分析、经济制度的国际比较等发展和检验理论，提出海外并购阶段性整合决策、双层知识网络重构、制度环境改善的对策建议。研究不仅有利于丰富和发展海外并购整合、知识网络、协同演化理论，而且在推动中国利用海外并购整合驱动知识创新方面提供科学的理论指导和实践指南。

China is faced with a new historical opportunity of innovation-driven high-quality development as well as a severe challenge of international gap widening. It is a generally accepted but unsolved issue that knowledge network reconstruction through overseas merger and acquisition integration can promote knowledge innovation. Based on the perspective of transnational knowledge flow, it is urgent to establish a theoretical system that how the co-evolution of innovation-oriented overseas merger and acquisition multi-stage integration and knowledge network reconstruction can promote knowledge innovation. Based on network search mechanism and configuration - emergence network dynamics mechanism along with the bilevel network system of the multinational enterprise internal knowledge element network and multinational enterprise external knowledge channel network, this project starts from the "connection - perception - coupling" transnational knowledge flow perspective and carries out the dynamic research on the theoretical mechanism and transmission mechanism of the influence of co-evolution of innovation-oriented overseas merger and acquisition integration and knowledge network reconstruction on knowledge innovation. This project tests and develops core theories through global game mathematical modeling, dynamic multi-agent simulation, network analysis, structural equation modeling, case study, international comparison of economic institution and other research methods and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of overseas merger and acquisition multi-stage integration decision making, bilevel knowledge network reconstruction management and system environment improvement. The research not only enriches the theories of overseas merger and acquisition integration, knowledge network and co-evolution, but also provides scientific theoretical support and practical guidance for Chinese enterprises to apply overseas merger and acquisition integration to drive knowledge innovation.
