研发经济高效、便于推广应用的减控作物镉积累的农艺措施是实现镉污染耕地作物安全生产的重要途径之一。本项目拟以前期研究发现的外源脱落酸(ABA)处理抑制根系镉吸收的现象为基础,以ABA摄入转运体AIT1参与根系细胞吸收ABA为基本原理,从AIT1响应镉胁迫的行为特征及其在外源ABA抑制根系镉吸收中的作用入手,结合镉吸收关键基因表达调控的关联分析,系统研究拟南芥中AIT1与外源ABA处理协同减控植物根系镉吸收的作用机制。在此基础上,以蔬菜作物小白菜为供试材料,利用已分离到的高效产ABA菌,进一步探索“产ABA菌-AIT1”联合阻控作物镉积累的应用潜力并优化氮、铁营养的配施措施,为研发ABA相关的作物镉积累减控措施提供系统理论及应用依据。

Developing cost-effective and easily-applied agronomic practices to minimize the entry of Cd into the crops should be an important strategy for ensuring the safety of food crops produced in Cd-contaminated soils. Based on previous studies, which showed that exogenous application of abscisic acid (ABA) inhibits Cd uptake by roots, and that ABA-importing transporter (AIT) 1 mediates cellular ABA uptake, in this project, we investigated the behavior of AIT1 in response to Cd stress and its role in mediating exogenous ABA-mediated inhibition of Cd uptake in Arabidopsis thaliana plants. Furthermore, the association of the above-mentioned processes with the expression of genes involved in Cd uptake was also determined. These studies should reveal the mechanisms underlying the synergism of ABA and AIT1 in inhibiting Cd accumulation in plants. In addition, we also investigated the effect of the combined use of ABA-generating bacteria and AIT1 transporter in inhibiting Cd accumulation in vegetable crop plants by using Chinese cabbage as the testing material, and also determined the optimization measures using nitrogen and iron nutrition management. Our study will provide new information for developing ABA-associated measures to reduce Cd accumulation in crops.
