当代中国企业家的天下格局：概念提出、量表开发和效能验证

新教伦理为近代资本主义的兴起及此后两三百年的长期发展提供了强大的精神动力，而当代中国经济经过连续40余年的迅猛增长，很多优秀企业获得了长足发展，其背后是否亦具有强大的精神力量？本研究根据对一批企业连续10年的跟踪调查及其在新冠疫情期间的突出表现，初步发现这些企业家均具有强烈的天下精神和家国情怀，而基于传统乡土社会提出的差序格局较难传达上述精神要义。本研究拟基于文化大小传统理论，回溯作为文化大传统的士大夫精神这一重要文化渊源，并对当代中国企业家精神进行扎根分析，首次提出企业家“天下格局”概念，且就其内涵、量表开发及对企业社会责任和社会资本的效能展开研究。本研究对于探明中国优秀企业得以长期持续发展的文化基因，辨明“天下格局”与“差序格局”的适用边界，乃至丰富中国管理学派思想，颇具理论价值；对于破解家族企业发展壮大的思想困局，创建以联结人类命运、造福社会为根本目的之新型企业观，亦颇具现实价值。

The protestant ethics has provided a strong spiritual power for the rise of modern capitalism and the long-term development for the next two to three hundred years. Meanwhile, the contemporary Chinese economy has experienced rapid growth for more than 40 years, many excellent enterprises have made great progress. Is there also any strong spiritual power behind it? According to the follow-up survey of those companies for 10 consecutive years and their outstanding performance during the Coronavirus epidemic. The research initially found that those entrepreneurs have a strong spirit of Tianxia geju and national identity. However, It is difficult to explain the essence of this spirit through the Chaxu geju (The differential mode of association) which is based on the hypothesis of selfishness。By taking the Theory of great tradition and little tradition as the theoretical basis, reviewing the important historical cultural tradition of the spirit of Scholar-Bureaucrats as a great tradition and making a deep analysis of the spirit of contemporary Chinese entrepreneurs. The study intends to put forward the concept of Entrepreneurs’ Tianxia Geju , develop its scale and analyze the effectiveness to corporate social responsibility and social capital. It has theoretical significance for finding the cultural genes of long-term sustainable development of outstanding Chinese companies, and identifying the application boundary of "Tianxia Geju" and "Chaxu geju", and even enrich the thoughts of Chinese management school. This research also has important realistic value for solving the dilemma of the development and growth of family businesses and building a new enterprise value with the essential aim for benefit the society with the fundamental purpose of connecting human destiny and benefiting society.
