上海城市空间重塑中本土建筑设计生产转型研究（1990-2002）

中国30年快速城市化的建筑成就举世瞩目，但其实现过程和实现动因，尤其对作为技术文化生产者的本土职业建筑师群体作用和社会主义建筑生产组织方式有效性迄今缺乏系统研究。从1990年初浦东开发开放到2002年底赢得世博会主办权，上海从基础设施不堪重负的全国工业基地转变为以城市形象参与全球竞争的国际大都市，13年建设成就堪称世界当代建筑实验性探索的典范，也是社会主义建筑设计产能升级，生产模式市场化全球化转型的代表。课题拟通过采集上海城市空间重塑过程七类典型区域建筑物质化过程的一手文件、图档和口述史料，梳理建筑设计作为现代生产的：1产品需求升级：包括类型、空间、形式、技术等特征、演进及影响因素；2组织方式转型：与数量、类型、品质急剧提升生产需求互相促进的建筑设计院企业化专业化路径；3技术认知迭代。在城市建筑过程史中，从建筑设计生产转型视角发掘实践先行、影响多元的中国当代建筑发展规律和研究新范式。

Three decades of rapid urbanization in China has resulted in architectural achievement remarkable over the world, while the process and driving forces of which still lack systematic research. Questions such as how Chinese professional architects have contributed as technical and cultural producers, and whether the socialist production organizational mode of architectural design is effective - are conspicuous. From the exploitation and opening-up of Pudong in early 1990 to the win of the World Expo hosting right in the end of 2002, Shanghai had successfully made a transformation from a national industrial base with poor infrastructures to an international metropolis which participates in global competition with its city image as capital. The construction achievements made in these 13 years can be regarded as a paradigm of the experimental exploration in world contemporary architecture and as a representation of a socialist production mode transformation of architectural design, including the capacity updating and the marketization and globalization of institutional organization. This project intends to collect primary data of documents, drawings and oral histories to record the architectural materialization process in seven categories of typical regions during this historical period of urban space reshaping in Shanghai, by which to seek for architectural design as following types of transformation in modern production system: 1) The Update of Product Standard: including features such as type, space, form and technology, their evolution and influencing factors; 2) The Transformation of Organization Mode: the corporatization and professionalization of architectural design institutes to meet the sharply increased demands of quantity, type and quality; 3) The Upgrade of Technology, Knowledge and Values. With the lens of architectural design production transformation in the history of urban construction process, the research aims at exploring the laws of development and new research paradigm for Chinese contemporary architecture, which features practice in priority with complicated influences.
