内蒙古地区香青兰种质资源特性及药材质量调控研究

香青兰（Dracocephalum moldavica L.）为唇型科青兰属1年生草本植物，是蒙药和维药常用药材，具有益心护脑、保肝健胃、安神止痛、清热解毒等功效。目前香青兰品种仅有本课题组前期登记的‘蒙青兰1号’。项目拟在全面搜集内蒙古地区野生香青兰种质资源基础上，挖掘鉴选具有优异特性和育种价值的新种质材料。采用指纹图谱技术和代谢组学相结合的实验方法，系统研究环境因素、栽培条件、采收期和加工方式对主要药效成分挥发油、黄酮类、多糖积累的影响规律。通过研究不同产地野生优良种质和‘蒙青兰1号’的药效差异性，对产量、有效成分、药效相关性进行系统评价。明确香青兰优质种源，建立药材标准指纹图谱和药材质量评价指标体系，并升级优化课题组制定的《香青兰栽培技术规程》地方标准，提出香青兰生态种植技术规程。该研究对于合理开发利用野生种质资源、新品种选育与高品质香青兰药材生态种植具有重要指导意义。

Dracocephalum moldavica L. is an annual dragonhead herbaceous plant, is a common medicinal material of Mongolian medicine and Uighur medicine, with beneficial effects of supplementing heart and protecting brain, protecting liver and strengthening stomach, relieving uneasiness and analgesia, and also clearing away heat and toxic materials. At present, the cultivated species of Dracocephalum moldavica L. is only the Dracocephalum moldavica No. "1" registered in this research group. The project intends to further select new germplasm materials with excellent characteristics and breeding value based on the comprehensive collection from germplasm resources of wild Dracocephalum moldavica L. in Inner Mongolia. The effects of environmental factors, cultivation conditions, harvest time and processing methods on the accumulation of volatile oils, flavonoids and polysaccharides of major pharmacodynamic components were systematically studied by combined means of metabolomics and fingerprint technique. By studying the difference of pharmacodynamics of wild fine germplasm and Dracocephalum moldavica No. "1" in different areas, yield, active ingredients and correlation of pharmacodynamics were evaluated systematically. The high quality germplasm resources of Dracocephalum moldavica L. in Inner Mongolia were identified, and the standard fingerprint and evaluation index system of high quality medicinal materials were established. Upgrading and optimizing the local standards of seed quality and cultivation technical regulations of Dracocephalum moldavica L. formulated by the research group in the meantime, and proposing the ecological planting technical regulations of Dracocephalum moldavica L.. This study has important guiding significance for the rational development and utilization of wild germplasm resources, the breeding of new varieties and the ecological planting of high quality Dracocephalum moldavica L..
