土壤盐渍化是土地退化的重要诱导因素之一,亦是土地利用变化环境效应研究的重要内容,在干旱、寒冷罐区已成为影响可持续发展的重要因素。课题以银川平原灌区为研究区,以遥感影像和实测土壤光谱为数据源,应用随机森林算法、贝叶斯模型、地统计学和灰色理论及人地关系理论方法,结合遥感和GIS技术,从土地利用与土壤盐渍化空间演化的角度,定量分析土地利用变化与土壤盐渍化的关联关系,研究土地利用与土壤盐渍化变化强度的空间异质性规律,构建土壤盐渍化敏感指数,揭示不同土地利用类型的土壤盐渍化敏感性,探讨土壤盐渍化演变的机制,建立土壤盐渍化生态风险评估模型,评估该区土壤盐渍化生态风险,对黄河上游生态保护和河套灌区土地生态安全具有重要意义。

Soil salinization is one of the most important induction factors for land degradation,it is also an important part of the study of environmental effects of land use change,and has become an important factor affecting sustainable development in drought and cold irrigation area. There has about two thousand years irrigation history in Yinchuan Plain Yellow River water irrigation district, and the soil salinization has become more and more severe especially because of arid and large irrigation from the Yellow River. Also, the area locate in the HU-Bao-Yin-Yu economic zone. In recent years, the land use development intensity have been continuously increasing, hence the spatial distribution, causation, development and succession of soil salinity in Yinchuan Plain irrigation district have been changing greatly. Accurately get the spatial distribution of soil salinization and the spatial location characteristics of its relationship with land use intensity can explain the reason of soil salinization from a perspective of land use intensity, and assess ecological risk of soil salinization, we taking Yinchuan Plain as the research area, based on the remote sensing data, and hyper spectral data and its soil salt content, use support random forest algorithm, Bayesian model, geo-statistics, grey theory, and human-land relationship theory, combined with RS, GIS, the proposed research program attempts to analysis of spatial location distribution characteristics are developed for land use intensity change, soil salinization change, and the respond relationships between each kind of saline soil and land use intensity in Yinchuan plain. Also, we perform to construct the sensitivity index of soil salinization, revealing the sensitivity of soil salinization to different land use types, and discuss the evolution mechanism of soil salinization. The proposed research intends to establish of ecological risk assessment model for soil salinization, and assess ecological risk of soil salinization for the study area. The research outputs are important significance for ecological protection in the Upper Yellow River and land ecological security in Hetao irrigation area.
引黄灌区土壤盐渍化是黄河流域重要的生态环境问题,具有环境风险,已成为影响灌区农业可持续发展、威胁灌区生态安全和稳定的重要因素。课题通过实测土壤样点光谱反射率及无人机高光谱数据,以遥感技术为中心,协同空间信息技术、土壤学、生态学及计算机科学,开展了引黄灌区土地利用与土壤盐渍化耦合关系及生态风险评估研究。结果表明:(1)近30年,研究区土壤盐渍化强度显著降低,盐渍化强度指数最大值净减少101.679,在空间分布上表现出整体减轻,局部加重的分布特征。土地利用强度与土壤盐渍化强度间的总体关联度为0.8332,土壤盐渍化程度与耕地、林地、草地、水体的关联度较高,表明不同土地利用方式对土壤盐渍化程度变化具有显著的影响作用,在空间上表现出“南高北低”的关联格局。(2)采用光谱预处理方法和机器学习方法,探索盐碱性质对敏感光谱波长的响应,摸清了影响EC的因素,为利用遥感技术在更大尺度上定量监测土壤盐渍化提供了理论支撑。(3)构建了银川平原灌区土壤盐分预测模型。针对盐分影响因子和不同土壤深度的盐分分布问题,建立了不同深度土壤盐分估算模型,其中以Sentinel-2A为数据源建立的随机森林模型,能够为大尺度土壤含盐量监测提供技术支撑。(4)组合光谱指数和雷达极化组合指数, 建立了基于随机森林算法的耕地土壤含盐量反演模型,较单一数据源模型分别提高0.065和0.085。(5)构建了盐渍化生态风险评估指标体系,在加权平均法等分析方的支撑下对银川平原土壤盐渍化生态风险进行评估。结果显示,银川平原土壤盐渍化生态风险系数介于 0.013-0.842之间,以无风险区和轻度风险为主,高风险区面积仅占总面积的2.87%。研究结果可为银川平原土地资源利用及生态保护和农业可持续发展提供参考。
