法律支持的三维产权空间是市民的空间权益核心,产权体的权属边界、空间位置和周边关系是用户关注的重点。数字城市可视化可实现对建筑外表的逼真模拟,但是产权空间与实体空间既有关联又存在差异,如何构建符合认知习惯且有效传达空间信息的三维可视化成为难题。本项目基于空间认知研究三维场景和产权体可视化,从人的空间旋转能力、抽象推理能力、视觉感知能力、环境认知能力等基本空间能力出发,探寻三维可视化认知驱动因素,研究它们与三维形体、城市空间环境之间的相关性;以三维产权体可视化为例,构建“第一眼”可视的焦点可视化技术提高显著性,利用眼动实验探索不同位置(地上VS地下、外表VS内里)、不同形态(方形VS异形)、不同权属的可视化方法和认知效应,分析和计算视点从焦点对象到群集和背景的过渡、转移,解析焦点产权体与群集背景的空间关系和空间布局,改善房地产产权可视化策略,指导三维电子产权证的设计,支持三维产权管理系统。
英文摘要
3D property units with legal permit are the core of spatial interests cared by the citizens, and spatial boundaries and context relationships are focused and cared by the citizens during their visualization. How construct cognition-adapted visualization to convey property information become a challenge. The methodology and techniques about visualization need to meet the requirements from 2D map to 3D geo-environment. The visualization about 3D property unit differs from the building visualization focusing the appearance and textures of the buildings. The visualization about 3D property units and their set pay more attention on their boundaries, shapes and locations. This research integrate the 3D geographic visualization with cognitive psychology to explore the correlations between spatial cognition and 3D property’s prominence under 3D geo-visualization. From the perspectives of mental rotation ability, spatial reasoning ability, memory ability, spatial perception ability and spatial positioning ability, cognition-driven factors for 3D property unit visualization are analysed, and the relations between the five abilities and 3D shapes, urban environment. Taking 3D property units and its coherent set as examples, this research builds focu-visualization with "first sight" to enhance the prominence and significance of 3D property unit. Eye-tracing techniques are used to test user’s visualization and behaviors for 3D property unit sets in different environment, especially different locations (above earth surface VS under earth surface), different shapes for 3D property units (rectangle VS heteromorphism), different ownership rights. This research would analyse the sight attention transition from the focused unit to the context units, which can help to understand the information about the focus object and its relationship under the context to promote the visualization strategy for real estate visualization. This project will enhance the efficiency of the recognition and object-finding of 3D focus object in 3D geographic environment to conduct the design of 3D visualiztion system and digital property identifier.
当前的数字城市可视化还停留在对城市物理外表的逼真模拟,缺乏从认知主体(如市民)角度来认知和理解城市管理目标(如三维产权体),进而支持城市决策和管理。城市化发展立体化趋势明显,城市空间在垂直方向呈现多元化,产生分层的产权体,使城市成为一个地上下、楼内外的多分割三维空间。本项目是基于三维场景可视化与空间认知的综合研究,对空间认知能力与三维场景下的目标认知和显著性进行相关性分析和建模,从认知主体的基本空间旋转能力、抽象推理能力、视觉感知能力、环境认知能力出发,研究基本能力与城市环境空间认知能力之间的相关性,构建基于用户认知能力与“Focus + Context”可视化方法的三维产权群集对象可视化方法与三维城市可视化方法,并探究对应的可视化认知效应。本项目提出三维产权群集对象变形可视化,包括离散变形、正交变形与线性变形三种方式,眼动认知实验表明变形算法(离散、正交、线性)通过对群集整体进行离散拆分、以及缩放变形处理,能够较好地展示三维对象之间的拓扑关系以及对象的空间排布特征;三维产权群集对象变形算法能够有效地为被试者在可视化过程中提供引导,提高被试者对群集空间中焦点对象的关注度,帮助被试者理解和认知焦点对象的空间形态、实现空间定位;被试者聚焦于焦点产权体,又对焦点产权体周围以及整个群集体的空间布局进行观察,符合并满足三维产权体可视化设计中即关心自我产权对象又关心周边关系的用户心理。本项目针对不同的三维城市形态提出两侧卷曲、前方卷曲与穹顶卷曲可视化,并在沉浸式与鸟瞰式两种视觉体验中构建空间认知实验。实验结果表明变形场景有效引导了被试者的视线,使其即关注眼前的目标,又关注远方场景,注视点远近结合,视野分布范围得以显著拓宽,不再局限于近处的建筑物,提高了对整个三维场景的认知记忆能力。本项目有效地探究了三维产权体与三维城市可视化与空间认知效应,能够指导房地产的产权可视化构建、电子产权证制作和支撑面向三维城市空间管理系统。
