Support for Language Services for International Cooperation in Scientific Research Programs

这是与国务院达成的一项可报销的协议，为国家科学基金会开展的S&T；国际合作项目提供翻译服务。国务院将为国家科学基金会与外国同行之间的联合会议或访问提供合格的口译员。该协议将主要用于支持美苏合作科学研究计划。

This is a reimbursable agreement with the Department of State to provide interpreter services in support of international cooperative S&T programs carried out by National Science Foundation. The Department of State will provide qualified interpreters for joint meetings or visits between the National Science Foundation and its foreign counterparts. The agreement will be used primarily to support the US/USSR Cooperative Science Research Program.
