The objectives of this conference, jointly sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society, IEEE Region 8 (Europe, Middle East, Africa), and the Russian Popov Society, are to communicate to the most current knowledge about Internet technologies and services, and stimulate information exchange and collaboration among members of the Internet technical communities Russia, Europe as a whole, and North America. It will be a single-track meeting with speakers both invited and responding to an open call. The approximately 32 presentations will be published in a proceedings. Approximately 120 attendees are expected.
