The aim is to establish a free online magazine for criminal politics with a corresponding homepage Criminal politics is a part of legal politics and deals especially with criminal law, criminal trial law, the penal system and criminal prevention. The assignment of legal politics is to search for the most efficient way of criminal justice and at the same time considerate the dignity of man, the civil rights and the principle of proportionality .An example for current topics of legal policy is the discussion about the tightening of a voluntary declaration of tax liabilities on the occasion of the "Hoeneß-Case ". The discussion lead to a change of the corresponding regulations in the tax code (General Fiscal Law) from January 2015 on. Another example is the debate about a reform of the law governing sexual offences on the occasion on the "Edathy-Case " that lead to alterations and culpability extensions in the Criminal Code, especially for the culpability of purchasing sexually-based nude photographs of children which became law in February 2015. Further current reform proposals are for example thereform of the forensic commitment, especially Article 63 Criminal Code , or the reform of the regulations for homicide .Especially in the region of criminal politics, a quick scientific response to reform proposals and planned legislation amendments is inalienable. Pure print media are not able to ensure this reaction and restrict themselves mostly to comment legislation amendments that have already become effective. Next to a quick reaction on reform proposals , "KriPoZ" offers the possibility, even before the implementation of a legislation amendment , to make the scientific juridical discussion available to other disciplines and to a broad public.With themed booklets a forum is to be created to examine reform proposal in an interdisciplinary way. A theme booklet about the reform of the forensic commitment for example , offers the possibility to integrate - next to juridical experts - also psychiatrists and psychologists into the debate so that a topic of criminal politics can be caputred in every scientific facet. This can contribute to influence a reform process and to unite the different disciplines with the focus on a certain topic.Through online publishing one is more flexible and faster to react to political reform proposals than in print media and is able to influence a reform process. Because the capacity of pages is not limited as in print media , enough virtual space can be provided to take a stance on current propositions. The possibility to publish in English leads to an international visibility which is moreover ensured by an international editorial team . However, the magazines will be published as pdf-editions, an accurate citation by pages as in traditional print media will be assured as weil as a storage and search function will be submitted . Furthermore the content of "KriPoZ" is emitted search engine-friendly by using the content-management-system "WordPress ". The search engines are notified about the publishing of new content through the so called "Ping­ Feature". This leads to a significantly faster indexing in search engines as in other CMS-systems that a fast dissemination of content is secured .Alongside the articles, the "KriPoZ" homepage is about to serve as a reference to current propositions and to offer directly the corresponding printed matters, ministerial draft bills and possibly available statements. A blog which is looked after by the editorial team is about to offer the possibility of direct statements to the articles . This enables the author as well as the readers to take notice of the response to the article directly and informal which will furthermore encourages the discussion. This combination of scientific journal, editorial preparation of current topics of legal politics and the providing of a blog is unique and is not be provided so far.
