A Study on the Coodination between Construction Method of each Elements and Total Building.

建筑元素是从其性能的角度来开发的。然而，这并不总是意味着建筑整体性能的提高。在这项研究中，我们从一开始就研究了它们之间的关系。并采用1960-1970年的开洞施工法进行了讨论。上世纪六七十年代的S大楼在地震中倒塌了许多草皮。从损毁调查来看，这些洞口是从一根柱子到另一端柱子的直立式多扇窗，由钢质窗框和硬化粘土板组成。直立式多扇窗的开口式是作为一种国际现代建筑风格而引入的。然而，洞口的施工方法不能遵循地震产生的楼层漂移。施工方法与抗震性能不协调。提出了各构件的施工方法与整体建筑施工方法之间的理想关系。

Building elements are developed from the point of its performance. However, it dose not always mean improvement of the total performance of the building.In this study, we investigate the relationship of those at the beginning. And the cnstruction method of openings in 1960-1970 is taken up for this discussion. A lot of grasses of 1960-1970's building were broken down in earthquakes. From what the damage survey say, those openings were formed straight multiple window from a column to other end column, and made of steel sash with hardening grazier's putty.The opening style of straight multiple window was introduced as an international modern style of architecture. However the construction method of the openings can not follow the story drift produced in earthquakes. The con-struction method is not coordinate with seismic performance. We proposed the desirable relationship between construction method of each element and that of total building.
