COMPUTER-AIDED DEVELOPMENT OF AZEOTROPIC DISTILATION PROCESSES

(1)共沸精馏系统的计算机辅助开发原型系统已在个人计算机上完成。(2)数据库和准数据库建立了共沸物数据库，其中纯物质数据1,706个，二元共沸物数据18,279个，三元共沸物数据921个，并建立了准数据库，用于估算纯物质、二元共沸物和三元共沸物的数据。(3)为了考察系统的性能，对利用非均相二元共沸物进行共沸精馏的精馏塔进行了选择，并将所得精馏塔与现有工艺进行了比较。(4)对该系统进行了改进，使其能够搜索利用非均相三元共沸物的共沸精馏过程的共沸剂。
