A UNIFIED MODEL OF PIPELINES IN CHEMICAL PLANTS FOR MAINTENANCE,OPERATION AND FAULT DIAGNOSIS

(1)建立了化工厂管道的统一模型，用于化工厂的维护、操作和故障诊断。(2)本文将统一模型应用于筒仓系统的作业调度，开发了一个由统一模型生成管道有向图的系统，为了减小统一模型的规模，（1）从统一模型中分离出一个退化的定性模型，利用该定性模型提出了一种基于少量实测数据的决策方法。(3)提出了一种基于管道统一模型、退化定性模型和实测数据的管道维修方法。

(1) A unified model of pipelines in chemical plants has been developed for maintenance, operation and fault diagnosis.(2) The unified model has been applied to scheduling of operations of silo systems.A system has developed to generate the signed digraph of pipelines from the unified model.In order to reduce the size of the unified model(1) a qualitative model of degration has been separated from the unified modela method of decision-making based on scare measured data has been developed utilizing the above qualitative model.(3) a method of maintenance of pipeline has been developed based on the unified model of pipeline, the qualitative model of degradation and measured data.
