反垄断法效力研究-反垄断法执法的实证分析本研究从公平交易委员会的法律措施及其执法两个方面考察了反垄断法的效力。其有效性可以通过其法律措施和执法人员在多大程度上对市场竞争进行衡量。结论是：(1)提供附加费本身对市场领先公司在没有任何执法的情况下的攻击行为具有威慑作用；(2)对附加费规定的严格执法对卡特尔具有威慑作用。

Reserch on Effectiveness of Anti-Trust Law----- Empirical Analysis of its Law EnforcementIn this research, the effectiveness of the Anti-Trust Law is investigated with regard to legal measures of the Fair Trade Commission and its law enforcement. The effectiveness can bemeasured by to what extent its legal measures and law enforcement beings about competition in the market. It is concluded (1) that the provision of devestrue itself has a deterrent effect on aggressive behavior of a leading company in the market without any law enforcement, and (2) that rigorous law enforcement of the provision of surcharge has a deterrent effect on carrtel.
