Action mechanism of the regulatory factors in oocyte maturation and embryo growth

探讨前列腺素（PG）对卵母细胞成熟的作用机制。PG作为一种中间体，通过直接或间接阻断卵母细胞成熟抑制剂向卵母细胞的转移，对卵母细胞成熟起作用。小鼠受精卵能够自己产生黄体酮。由此产生的孕酮被转移到细胞核中，激活DNA编码己糖激酶到MRNA的转录，从而增加胚胎中己糖激酶的活性。

Action mechanism of prostaglandin (PG) on oocyte maturation was investigated. PG was shown to act on oocyte maturation as an intermediate by blocking transfer of oocyte maturation inhibitors into oocyte directly and/or indirectly.Mouse fertilized eggs were able to produce progesterone by themselves. Progesterone so produced was transferred into the nucleus and activated transcription of DNA coding hexokinase to MRNA with a resultant increase in hexokinase activity in embryos.
