Analysis of Plasmacytoid Dendritic Cells in Nasal Epithelium ofallergic rhinitis

慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉（CRSwNPs）通常以局部Th 2炎症为特征。在日本，CRSwNP分为两种亚型：嗜酸性粒细胞性慢性鼻窦炎（ECRS），类似于西方国家的CRSwNP，和非嗜酸性粒细胞性慢性鼻窦炎（non-ECRS），其特征是Th 1-显性炎症。我比较了ECRS和非ECRS的免疫细胞谱。先天性免疫细胞2（ILC 2）的数量在ECRS时增加，这表明人ILC 2提供了Th 2细胞因子的先天性来源。

In Japan, CRSwNPs is categorized into two subtypes: eosinophilic chonic rhinosinusitis (ECRS) that is similar to the CRSwNPs in western countries, and non-eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusits (non-ECRS) which is characterized by Th1-dominant inflammation. I compared immune cell profiles with ECRS and non-ECRS. The number of innate immune cell2(ILC2) increased at ECRS, it suggests that human ILC2 provides an innate source of Th2 cytokines.
