The studies of market-oriented education reform in Osaka: school as an arena for conflict

在大坂，以市场为导向的教育改革一直在进行。特别是近几年来，高中入学考试发生了巨大的变化。本研究的目的是思考改革对“职业指导”的影响，通过对教师的采访，我发现教师无法应对制度变革。而且，学生选择学校是为了提高他们的学业成绩或容易通过的情况越来越多。另一方面，教师正在失去空闲时间，所以不再能够持续地接近学生。在义务教育阶段，人们担心选拔功能过于膨胀。

In Osaka, market-oriented education reform has been in progress. Especially, entrance examination of high school has changed dramatically in the last few years. The aim of this studies is to consider that how 'career guidance' has been affected by the reform.Through the interviews with teachers, I found that teachers can't deal with institutional changes. And, the case is increasing that students choose the schools to advance by their academic achievement or ease to pass.On the other hand, teachers are losing time to spare, so no longer able to approach persistently to students. In compulsory education, there will be fear that function of selection is too bloated.
