Research of Location Agglomeration of the Software IT Sector and the Change of Infra-Urban Structure in Japanese Metropolitan Areas

本研究的目的在于阐明软件IT产业的区位集聚及其城市内部结构的变化。结果总结如下：1。软件IT产业集中在东京、神奈川、爱知县、福冈、北海道等日本大都市地区。尤其是东京城市的集聚尤为引人注目。在城市内部层面，典型的区位趋势之一是在cbd的铁路总站和副中心附近高度集聚。软件IT行业的区位因素非常重要，租金水平、客户可及性等。这些区位因素与一般办公地点相同。在位置变化中，短距离移动是主要趋势。这一趋势也与一般办公地点相同。软件IT产业集中在中央商务区及其外围区域、副中心，形成了该产业的功能区。未来，随着正规化进程的推进，软件IT产业集聚的中心地带将在日本大都市圈形成新的中心地带层级。也就是说，软件it行业很可能会改变城市内部的区域结构。

The purpose of this research is to clarify the location agglomeration of the software IT sector, and the changes of the intra-urban structure. Its result summarized as follows.1.Software IT sector is concentrated in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Aichi, Fukuoka, Hokkaido prefecture where are contained the metropolitan areas in Japan. Especially, the agglomeration of the City Tokyo is notable.2.One of the typical location trends at the intre-urban level is the high degree of location agglomeration near the railway terminal station in C.B.D. and sub-center.3.Location factors of the software IT sector are attached great importance of rent level, accessibility to the customers etc. Such location factors are the same as the general office location.4.In the location changes the short distance movement is main trend. This trend is also the same as the general office location.5.Software IT sectors concentrate in the C.B.D., its peripheral area, sub-center, and form the functional district of that sector. In future, with the progress of in formalization, the central places with the agglomeration of software IT sectors will bring about the new central place hierarchy in the metropolitan areas in Japan. Namely, it may well be that software IT sectors will change the intra-urban regional structure.
